Thé location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants walking (no need to take the main road, there is a path to join the main road and the beaches). It was very clean and the family owner was helpful, and adaptative to our planning.

Location was great, room was quiet with good AC. Bed comfortable with really fancy ergonomic pillows! The bathroom was not directly attached to the room, but it was our own private bathroom to use, with a curtain providing privacy to go from the room to the toilet. Warm water in the shower. Easy walk to the beach through the back way, close to food and restaurants! Nice light breakfast and common space for guests to eat together! Good wifi. This place is off the tourist strip and is tucked away in a residential area, but it's really easy to walk to town in less than 5 minutes Owners are attentive and professional!

Firstly, the owners are lovely, very kind and very helpful. The room was massive with 2 double beds and the attached bathroom was also big, clean and had a great shower. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of it. Location was great for us as we wanted to be close to the Diving school. Overall a wonderful stay and definitely recommended. Thank you!

We had a unique and very beautiful room, good mosquito net, comfy common area and nice terrace to sit out and read a book. Very close to the beach (300m). The host is also very friendly and helpful. We can absolutely recommend to stay here.

Hot water didn’t work in the shower but this wasn’t a problem for us as it was hot anyway. No toiletries provided. The accommodation offered breakfast, water and airport transfer but they charged more than other places so we didn’t use it.

Lovely, big and clean room and private bathroom with good working AC and Wi-Fi. Location is close to the beach and main street with shops and restaurants, accessed by a small lane.

The hosts were so kind. My flight wasn't until the late afternoon and they let me stay in the room until I needed to leave. Always greeted with big smiles and warm hellos. The room is big with great AC. There's hot water in the shower (not that you need it in that heat!).

It was pouring rain during our stay and the roof was leaking at a few places. Nothing serious, just drops.

The lady who hosted us was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Location is super close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was also great with a lot of fruits, eggs and bread. Extremely good value for money. 100%recommend.

Staff: very helpful, kind, warm and friendly Accomodation: comfortable bed, good air conditioning and toilet and shower, decent amount of space inside the room, strong individual WiFi. They also offered daytrips to Anuradhapura, Sigiriya and more and transportation to the airport. Breakfast: individually planable, delicious and fresh Dinner: optional but tasty and it is a local dish.
