Amazing owners. Really enjoyed our stay there. The room is really close to the beach, it is spacious, bed is really comfy. Breakfast was really good and also it is nice that Prasad explained what is on the plate and how to eat it (it can be tricky sometimes for foreigners). We had a jolly time in Mirissa and would come back to the same place again.

Everything was better than perfect.. We would give even more than 10score if it was possible. Amazing hosts. Breakfast looked like tasting. Rooms so clean that you could eat from the floor.

We got a very warm welcome with a drink and an explanation on what to visit in the area. This was the only owner who gave us an explanation on what to visit during our stay in Sri Lanka and we really liked it. When we had questions, like where to find a good bakery he answered them and explained the way. He asked us every time if everything was ok. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was really good and extensive. I even got beautiful flowers every day which was really nice. We really loved our stay here and I would recommend everyone to stay here. This was the best stay we had!

Nothing really - most comfortable stay even in spite of the fact that we were in a tiny (budget) room, which was excellent value for money!

Excellent location in proximity to the beach and the main street (supermarket). Very helpful and nice host, who would anticipate all your questions before they have come.ti mind and will take care of the tiniest detai - beach towel, small torch for when it gets dark, water for the beachl. I can't express how wonderful Prasad was as a host. He was so attentive, helpful, considerate and kind. When we arrived we had walked a distance with our bags. He had cold face cloths for us and juice to cool down. The breakfast was amazing everyday. He explained what each thing was and how he made everything. He cleaned our room everyday. It was the best place we stayed at during our entire Sri Lankan trip. Absolutely fantastic

The room is very comfortable and the host is very attentive to the little details: the beach bag with towels, the plug adaptors all over the room, the daily cleaning and the tips he gave us about the sunset and restaurants.

The best hotel in Mirissa for a reasonable price. We stayed about a week. Definitely recommend to stay here. Prasad is not only the best host, offering a warm welcome, but also a really kind person who is ready to help with everything. He offered the best service and did everything he could to make us feel at home. Included breakfast was home made and fantastic, every day it was different and saturating. We also appreciate Phrasad helped us with renting a Tuck tuck, giving many useful tips and restaurant recommendations. Room was clear and cleaning was offered every day. The hotel is very close to the seashore, everything is located by the hand. We enjoyed a lot. It is a real luck to meet such a good host!

We had a wonderful three nights at the guest house. Prasad is the most caring and thoughtful host you could ever ask for. From the moment that we arrived some hours earlier than expected he rushed to clean the room and let us in early. Whilst we waited he provided refreshments and an ice cold flannel. The room was lovely. It had air con, a ceiling fan safety deposit box, a powerful hot shower, mop for cleaning the wet room floor , lamp in case of blackout, mosquito net and best of all a lovely balcony with great wildlife. We sat on here a lot as once the morning sun had moved off it was really pleasant. It was possible to order tea to have in the room. Prasad cleaned and changed the bedding daily. It is the cleanest accommodation that we stayed in. There were also complimentary beach towels and a beach bag, with replacements available for a small cost. Water was also available for a small cost. The breakfast was large and delicious. Prasad was keen to provide tasty authentic Sri Lankan food. There was real variety and it was different every day. Prasad was also keen to talk about his family history and that of Mirissa, aided by wonderful old photographs on his walls. Overall we would highly recommend this accommodation..

Prasad is an excellent host, he is very welcoming and recommended many places to eat and visit. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our room was well furnished, had an air conditioner, fan and mosquito net, plenty of hot water and even a large fridge which was great to keep water cool. Water is available to purchase on an honesty basis at the supermarket price. Different Sri Lankan breakfasts provided each day and Prasad was happy to accommodate us with some changes. The beach is very close and beach towels and beach bag are also provided to guests. A big thank you to Prasad and partner.

Great homestay with amazing breakfast! The room was the most clean room we had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. The Host is extraordinary friendly and helps with everything. We really enjoyed the variety of the breakfast, the table in the room for online meetings (good wifi) and the bathroom (good water pressure, warm and very clean). We will definitely come back :)

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and for good reason, Prasad is the perfect host. He is so welcoming and friendly. The property is spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned every day. Attention to detail is a factor. The way he makes the beds with flowers on the sheets, and colour coordinated. A list of restaurants is available and a beach bag with towels. He also does laundry. At breakfast he explains how all the food is made, which he makes himself, different every day. Great breakfast. A fantastic location close to the beach. The best guest house we have stayed in sri lanka, by far. Sad to leave.

That's a wonderful place to stay in Sri Lanka! Prasad is probably the most welcoming, kind and attending host you'll ever meet. You can ask him about everything, even about two teapots of coffee in your room every single day :) Rooms are so cozy and always clean. After cleaning you can find cute fresh flowers there. Prasad happily tells you about every place you should see in Mirissa. Traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts Prasad cooks are an amazing experience, you certainly need to try these! On the next visit to Mirissa we'll surely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, usually you have at least something small missing in the guesthouses in Sri Lanka but this one has everything - hot water, great wifi, location next to the beach, huge breakfast, very very very clean, locker, nice staff. Would stay again. :)

This place was the best place I’ve stayed at yet in Sri Lanka. Prasad is a lovely host and seems to care so much about his guests. Prasad makes a lovely and huge breakfast for his guests every morning, with many different dishes to try. He takes the time to explain each of the dishes and how to eat them, and really works to give you a taste of Sri Lanka. On top of that, the rooms are incredibly clean. This place had the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka, significantly beating out hotels I’ve stayed in, in Sri Lanka, at a much more reasonable cost. The room has hot water and air conditioning. There was one day where the hot water wasn’t working, and Prasad let us know before we had even noticed, and had let us know that he had already called a plumber to fix it. I really appreciate that level of service and due diligence. The way he handled that incident alone tops the service I’ve experienced at the hotels in Sri Lanka. Prasad’s place has everything you need for a comfortable stay while in Mirissa beach. His place is also incredibly close to the beach and many restaurants/shops.

You will never, ever meet a better host!! Prasad is number 1 and the epitome of how you should host. The breakfasts were easily my favourite in the 3 week stay here (over-used statement but true in this case).
