Nothing, I enjoyed everything about my stay, it was fantastic value for money.

I stayed at Brisa Marina last night. I asked to check in early from my flight (5.5 hours early) and this wasn't a problem, the hostesses immediately cleaned the room I would be staying in and allowed my to drop off my bags. My room was very spacious, very clean and tidy, with a gorgeous hot shower and excellent WIFI and air conditioning and a fan, which worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and clean also. The location of the hotel is great, it's in a side street away from traffic so it's quiet on an evening, but within an easy 10 minute walking distance from the restaurants, bars and beach of negombo. The hostesses did everything they could to look after me and make sure my stay was welcome and comfortable, including providing a great breakfast early in the morning. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I highly recommend staying here.

There was no mosquito net in my room (although I only saw 1/2 mosquitos so it wasn't too much of a problem).

I stayed here for a night before catching my flight. The hostel was well located, the room was spacious and the hosts were friendly and happy for me to arrive late and depart fairly early in the morning. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked great!

Sweet comfy hideout with Negombo beach at 15 minutes walking distance, however in a quiet cozy small street without any traffic under your windows but with a huge clean fresh swimming pool with birds and fireflies instead, and a nice open balcony at the second floor with palm view! Hostess is taking good care of the visitors, and keeping the place well-maintained. Welcome juice was awesome, and tea/coffee available in our own room was a perfect bonus. We needed a late checkout, and it was arranged without any issues. Tuk-tuk rental office is just round the corner with great service! Next time in Negombo we already know where to start with! Will definitely stay here another time 😉

My six-night stay at Brisa Marina in Negombo was an absolute pleasure. The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. The room was impressively spacious, and the presence of a swimming pool added a relaxing touch to my days. The location was just perfect—only a short five-minute walk to the closest beach, which, by the way, gets a regular cleanup courtesy of dedicated local volunteers. The serene and tidy surroundings of Negombo made my stay even more enjoyable. The abundance of nearby restaurants made dining a breeze. What stood out the most was the host's continuous concern for my comfort—constantly checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. Brisa Marina exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a tranquil spot with a friendly atmosphere, close to both the beach and fantastic dining options. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Negombo.

What I liked best was its not like home... to wake up with humming birds, a morning swim, smiling neighbours and a real sense you are somewhere Special The colourful bathroom, air con and fan, lovely pool... Our hosts are caring delightful people and we'd happily stay again...
