We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe arrangements for breakfast could be better organised and explained to guests. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. There were a few ants in the room and bathroom.
The hotel was very new, clean, and care had been taken with the decor and choice of furniture both in the rooms and public areas to make it attractive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. Rooms have balconies with good views, it's very peaceful but only a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the town centre. The big Asgiriya temple is a very short walk behind the hotel. Staff are helpful and welcoming, and check in and out were quick and smooth. Breakfast was tasty.
