Apart from the key lock there was nothing to lock the door from inside. Anyone from the hotel with the key would have been able to enter the room while you are sleeping.

Location was nice in the center of the market and near tourist attractions.

The staff was very friendly! The location was also good, located at the city center, and close to the lake and the Temple of Tooth (within a walking distance). It was so easy to find a restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were comfortable and large but could do with a refresh.

Excellent location - very close to the train station and the Sacred tooth temple as well as many eating joints. Nice, large room. Excellent breakfast with a big variety and options available. And exceptional staff- Pabasara at breakfast was forever smiling, efficient and attentive. He seemed to sense what we wanted before we asked him! Ashan from Reception was also very helpful and smiling.

The lack of parking space is a bit annoying. We had to park in the street. And after midnight, we had to change the parking spot (in the strret) as per municipality regulations.

Location is fantastic. It is just in the center of the downtown Kandy, and you can walk to many famous attractions, restaurants and shopping centers. Rooms are clean enough and worth the money.

The large glass wall was very unusual, because of this, some light does get into the room, even with thick curtains. That was the only issue we had.

However, it would have been more convenient if basic toiletries like toothbrushes were provided, and including breakfast in the package would have been a welcome addition.

Overall, our stay at your hotel in Kandy was quite enjoyable. Santhosh, one of the workers, stood out for his attentiveness and helpfulness, enhancing our experience. We would certainly choose to stay here again if we return to Kandy.

Our room had only a high level internal window and there was no public space for hotel guests other than the cafe. Not a problem for us because we were only there one night.

Very good location in the heart of Kandy, near the shopping centre, the lake and the Temple of the Tooth. The room and bathroom were well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The on site cafe-restaurant with open kitchen looked good although we did not eat there. Staff were professional, check in was easy.

Considering that the room price did not include breakfast, it wasn't the best value for money compared to other places I stayed in Sri Lanka, and I also felt that the breakfast served in the cafe was not great quality or value for money - again, compared to other places I ate at.

The room was lovely, and there's tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hotel is in a fantastic location for central Kandy, but still very quiet for sleeping at night. There's also an attached cafe downstairs, if you're feeling lazy and don't fancy venturing very far for food.

Perfect location in central Kandy, only a few minutes walk to the lake and the Temple of the Tooth. Staff were very friendly and service-minded, and the room was comfortable and perfectly clean.

The room wasn’t very sound proof unfortunately (we heard some one being sick in the next room to us at 5am in the morning). No the plus side there was no road noise which was good. Although there was a lot of choice at breakfast, the tea and coffee wasn’t the best.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They helped us with our luggage and navigating the street parking (additional cost not payable to the hotel but the street parking attendant 500rps over night and 300rps for the morning). The room was a good size and clean (nothing fancy - but good for a one night transfer stop between Sigiriya and Nurwara Eliya). There were four breakfast menus to choose from including Continental, Sri Lankan, American and English.
