The owners wernt super friendly, only cleaned when we arrived and left - daily cleaning would of been great. The location is a good 15mins from water but its quiet and nice area.

Lovely room with great bathroom, air con and nice area to sit outside. The communal pool area was also really well kept and often quiet. A short tuk tuk ride to Mirissa beach but Turtle beach was walkable if you wanted. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming and always responded to our needs.

Owners are very discrete. Will be nice to hear a little bit more about the history of the house especially from a foreigner leaving in Sri Lanka.

Room is well thought for you to open your suitcase and feel at home. Outside area is nice. Lobby/breakfast area is welcoming and gives the vibe of the house.

Avoid the entire coast from Galle to Matara including Mirissa. All a tourist trap.

Off the beaten track and boy Mirrisa is beaten down... Luckily we found this spot which offers an interesting hub between Sri-Lanka's real life and Mirissa's nonsense.

Breakfast was exceptional/without doubt the best we have had in Sri Lanka! They even accommodated our dietary restrictions! The hosts were very kind. The room was really clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, you are surrounded by locals and it is very safe out of the loud center. We rented a scooter from a local nearby which I highly recommend, it makes it very easy to go from one place to another. Getting a tuk tuk is also super easy and convenient. The hosts helped us with that and to get transportation.

It is a bit far away from center of Mirissa and there are not any close restaurant for dinner.

We had ou check-in a bit earlier, which was great. Host are friendly and nice. We enjoyed the good breakfast and beautiful garden.

Calm location outside Mirrisa beach. to walk ~25min via busy road, but with tuk tuk or scooter it’s only 5min drive. Very good and tasty breakfast. Nice terrace. kindly stuff

Amazing experience. After a long drive we were met with a warm welcome, glasses of cold juice, and a pre-air-conditioned room with a lovely smell. The room had everything to make you feel at home: tasteful decor, comfortable beds, AC, plenty of storage space, a bright portable lamp to get you through brief power cuts was a lovely touch. Everything’s VERY clean. Any questions/issues were resolved momentarily. Special mention goes to breakfast - BEST breakfast you can get on this island. Huge thank you to the hosts for providing such a great experience <3

Everything was fantastic.

Amazing, stylish villa in Mirissa that looks even better than the pictures in real life. Very spacious rooms, great design, comfortable beds, everything you need. The breakfasts were really nice as well! Judith is very friendly and helpful, she answered all our questions and gave tips about the area. Stable WiFi (worked even during the power cut), charged battery lamp available in the room in case of the power cut, really huge bathroom with a walk in shower, water pressure was perfect too. The garden around the villa is really green and luscious. 5 minutes by Tuk-Tuk to the Mirissa beach with fantastic seafood restaurants on the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here in Mirissa and Casa Mira was one of the reasons!
