Terribly poor, sad breakfasts at the hotel. We went to other restaurants for breakfast. The hotel does not live up to the star claims. At the reception, the staff is only in the morning and in the afternoon, at night, when the traffic jams in the room were knocked out, we searched for staff throughout the hotel. There is a lot of audibility in the rooms when the neighbors are taking a shower, the water pipes are buzzing. The door to the balcony is old, it does not close tightly, you can hear a lot of noise from the road. The window in the bathroom overlooks the hallway, i.e. everything you do in the toilet can be heard in the corridor of the hotel. To clean the room, you need to leave a room key, the staff does not have a duplicate of the keys.

I stayed at the hotel 7 years ago, it was new then and everything was fine. Not a bad view in the breakfast room at the very top, but the hotel doesn't take full advantage of it. Location, parking.

The room did not match photos and description on booking.com. There was only one small window for three rooms. There was no minibar, coffee maker and toaster although they were listed in the room description. Both bedrooms were equipped with A/C, but only one had a console

The family room that we have booked appeared to be huge, so we could enjoy privacy which is very rare and valuable in a journey. Sea view from the terrace

Spacious room, balconie with views. Very calm. Cleaning on request (everything was great). Also a good location 1-3 minutes from Italian restaurant, grocery store, laundry, pharmacy, etc. Even if there were some problems (for example, the Internet fell one day) charming and attentive staff of the hotel answered our requests and everything quickly returned to normal :)

The room is big and clean but its very old. the bed is very squeaky and the furniture looks odd and old. the room was quiet and clean which was most important to me. there was a mini bar also which was almost not there in any other hotel.

The entrance looks dirty and the lobby is dark and musty. we got a surprise when we arrived as it looked like an old dilapidated empty hotel. It was not appealing at all. Has ugly neon signs advertising a sky bar which was shut and the place was dead.

The rooms are large, clean and have a fantastic view. We loved the ergonomic pillows.

Rated 5 Star makes it difficult to review this hotel as on approach with cracked tiles on the steps leading to Reception showed age and lack of maintenance, along with a Hot Dog Cabin attached to the front of the Hotel left it with no 'Kerb appeal' Once checked-in it was clear the rooms displayed the same effects of age with defects everywhere. Missing bathroom lights (bare wire tucked behind mirrors) cracked floor tiles, broken shower (had to be jammed open) only cold water available in the morning and hot water only from mid afternoon onwards. There is also nowhere to hang any clothes as the wardrobe is packed with shallow shelving? Should you bump into housekeeping they may enquire if you want your room cleaning, otherwise you have to request the service at reception. Although in general it is clear that certain attention is paid to cleanliness in the room, however outside in the Lobby and Landing Areas it is not hard to see dirt under and around all plant holders and ornamentals. Dining Tables were not wiped clean from one day to the next, on occasion this period was observed for longer. Over a 9 night stay only twice were Breakfast Napkins actually clean (they had clearly been used by other guests from the evening before) Had the Centhara Beach been rated a 3 Star, this review would be vastly different.

The staff, although some lacking in experience, were attentive and always sought to please., the Ladies on reception were particularly good and Housekeeping always cheerful. Breakfast was always good, even when your order was taken in error?

The property looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, it’s dirty and falling apart. The room was dirty and the bathroom was full of mold. The lobby and dining room as well as the hallways and elevator were full of dirt and falling apart. I could not even bring myself to stay in the room, we left as soon as we arrived. Very disappointed as the price was not cheap and you can find much nicer and cleaner places to stay in the area for a much better price. Do not recommend!
