The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. Compared to other places it was poor and ruins the whole experience of staying in this lovely place. The concept of bread topped with scrambled egg must be changed. Bread gets wet and disgusting from the egg. The whole dish was tasteless. If it will be upgraded, this place will be 10/10.

Absolutely great location with the best view of Kandy! Breathtaking views to watch a sunset and count stars at night! Beautiful room with everything you need! Comfortable beds. Great and very polite staff! Everything was just perfect!

Wifi was not working at all, the hotel overall could use some refurbishment and updating

Upgrading to the king suite is well worth it. The room is super spacious and pretty, and you can have breakfast and watch the sunset from the private balcony. We enjoyed being outside of Kandy in a calmer area, taking tuktuks to and from the hotel was cheap and no issue at all. Staff was very friendly

The hotel is not walkable to any of the Kandy attractions but getting a tuktuk was easy enough either on pick me app ourselves or asking the very helpful staff to arrange. And as said this is also a bonus at night for a peaceful sleep and was very easy to grab a tuktuk from Kandy back to the hotel

Very Spacious room (king suite on top floor) With a very comfortable bed and air con, kettle with tea/coffee etc, bottles of water provided, large tv with satellite channels and WiFi. 2 private balcony’s to the room with beautiful views of Kandy. Staff were brilliant and very helpful - wouldn’t let us attempt to carry our bags up the (many!) stairs as did for us and offered us another room to use to freshen up etc as we arrived very early so our room wasn’t ready (which we didn’t expect it to be). We had breakfast and dinner here both served on our balcony which were lovely and menus available to order from. As a little outside of Kandy itself the hotel is very quiet which was a bonus at night and especially for us arriving there after a long flight. of course you hear the wildlife but thats unavoidable and better than traffic noise u would get if stayed in the town itself. Great stay for the price!

Need a Tuk Tuk driver to go up and down the hill. But for that you will get the beautiful view and get way from noisy Kandy for the nights

We stayed at the king suite and had the best view over Kandy :) Personal was extremely friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was good most time. Private balcony to enjoy your breakfast.

There are literally 104 steps from the road to the top floor bedroom!! It was fine for us, but if you were unfit or less able it could be an issue. Also quite out the way for waiting for Ubers or Pick mes!!

Lots of space, massive bedroom. Very comfortable bed, slept really well. Nice area to sit out and read a book, and have breakfast. Breakfast choice was great.

Incredible place. We loved our stay here so much. The rooms are absolutely stunning. The balcony has beautiful view and the bed is so comfy! The staff here are so kind and friendly and helpful, do all they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible and the food they make is excellent. Very tasty. We highly recommend staying here. It felt like staying in a palace.

We booked the suite which had a balcony and an amazing view over the city! Totally recommended! It’s a bit away of the city but that gets you a quiet room. Also, they serve amazing food on your private terrace (!), no need to go anywhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would come again.

Beautiful grandl hotel situated high in the mountains overlooking Kandy City. The hotel exudes charm and character on every floor. I had the extremely spacious deluxe suite located just outside the main building. A beautiful palatial room, huge bathroom with walk-in shower. Large patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the garden with breathtaking scenic city and mountain views . There was also a sofa and large smart TV , so i was able to listen to music via YouTube. The bed was super comfortable. I can honestly say I had the most relaxing sleep in the 3 nights I stayed there. The hotel staff were amazing, attentive professional and super friendly. From the time we arrived, they were welcoming friendly and very hospitable. Service was always with a smile. (You can contact them anytime via WhatsApp) A standard but well presented breakfast is included in the room rate. Eating on the balcony, watching monkeys nesrby was a unique experience. They have an onsite restaurant. I recommend the delicious and very generously portioned devilled fish and rice. The room was very clean. No mosquitoes, but being amidst nature, expect small ants around. Also, small geckos as you walk up the outside staircase to the room. Overall, i really enjoyed my relaxing stay at Ceylon Breeze. Situated up a steep road, it is perfect for a truly quiet, relaxing stay. The staff are a credit, we couldn't ask for more. The price is extremely reasonable for what is offered.I was also able to avail of their laundry service for a reasonable fee.. 100% recommended

Nothing to dislike - apart from No TuK Tuk service attached directly to hotel. Not really a problem as you can use PickMe or get the WhatsApp of any friendly driver you use to get to hotel. Getting a tuk tuk from Kandy City to hotel was easy enough you may need to provide a little direction at the top of the hill.

Beautiful quiet hotel set up in the mountains in a grand old mansion with huge lobby and sweeping staircases that gave a wow factor when first stepped in. The hotel staff are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. You can contact them anytime via WhatsApp’s. The hotel staff were always smiling and felt genuinely welcomed every time you were in contact with them from booking to check out. Had a large bright middle room upstairs which also had a large balcony with absolutely stunning views over Kandy and mountains. I sat out at night and in the morning. Room was spacious and comfortable with a seating area tv (that worked) WiFi (that worked) and fridge. Shower room was a decent size and water was very hot. A sufficient Breakfast was included, they also have a restaurant room service so you can order dinner which we did on our first night (the devilled fish was good)

The entrance has quite steep stairs and parking is at outside the hotel. But the staff helps moving the stuff so can ignore that part..

Almost everything at the stay was perfect. I booked king suit and it has enough space for my 2 kids to enjoy. Bathroom is also spacious. The view from the outside is breathtaking. Staff was good. Channa helped us alot. Food also quite nice and the portions are also great. I'll definitely recommend this place for families.

A flight of stairs up to reception, followed by another 3 up to the top floor, not ideal but it was worth it. No alcohol was served when I stayed and a chilled beer enjoying the view would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.

What a beautiful place!!! It’s out of the way but that’s how you get the great views of Kandy… I stayed in the king size suite, and it’s simply stunning. Exactly as pictured online with a large bed, kettle, tea / coffee, water, refrigerator, a/c, fan and tv. The equally large washroom has toiletries and a hair dryer. The room came with its own router so wifi was never an issue. Great views from the balcony that ran the length of the room and I was blessed with the greatest sunset while staying. I had dinner and breakfast here and the dishes I tried were very tasty and beautifully presented. I’ve already rebooked to return.
