We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe variety for breakfast could have been better. You should serve cereal and/or muesli ( as this is what westerners like). The quality of the fruit at breakfast was rather poor. The staff did not IMPLEMENT the no changing towel policy; they should be reminded to do that in order to save water and contribute to the environment

This is a lovely hotel, very well managed, great location on the beach, friendly and helpful staff, great food. It's difficult to find fault. The place is perfect for a chill out holiday. Walking the beach is a joy. You can watch fishermen landing their catch in the morning. We stayed here before and will undoubtedly stay again in future.

first class hotel! Staff were outstanding, helpful, polite. Huge variety of delicious food available at each meal!!! The beach is well maintained and beautiful! Pool is great and super clean, with beds and towels freely available. (I even got a sun-bed and towel delivered to me on the beach!!)Free upgrade helped us feel really special ! Overall our best hotel of the holiday to date! Not the dearest hotel but more than we usually spend! well worth every penny!!

IndiaTrinco Blu by Cinnamon had a wonderful sea-side vibe, sharing its space with the local fishing community. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a room right across the ocean. It was fabulous hearing the crashing waves through the night and taking an early morning walk as the fishermen set out to sea.

United KingdomI had booked a room with a double bed. When i arrived, I was given a twin room. Normally, I would not mind this except it made the room much smaller. Reception then moved me to a room next door. However, it seemed i was given a room in haste as it had not been cleaned properly: eg bathroom floor was wet and I nearly slipped, the floor towel was dirty. I then found drink stains on the floor and on the table outside on the balcony. The fridge was dirty and not working. The TV was not working. A manager did come and try to sort out. He kindly upgraded me to one of the beach cabins which, while lovely, had an ant infestation problem. It took 2 days for the ant problem to be dealt with by constant spraying which I had to keep doing myself as staff were busy.. The bathroom ant problem was the worst. I was only there for 3 nights and looking to relax and work. These issues meant that i was not able to relax - which is a shame as the resort itself is lovely. It would be good if these issues are sorted out before tourists start to come in.
The location, eight on the beach was superb. Reception and lobby staff were very nice and did try to sort out some issues I experienced (more on that in the other box). Ocean view from rooms was lovely. Strong wifi. Music on Sat evening was great. Bar and restaurant staff all nice and friendly.
