We booked the couples massage, but a mix in communication meant we got two massages, instead of the couples package which was a shame. The massages were good though!

Stunning property, clean, good food, great facilities. The food was good and the bar (on NYE) was lovely with reasonable prices.

Our arrival was not great since they gave us the wrong room twice. We had booked a room with french bed and extra third bed and became a room with two seperate beds first. After telling them, we got a room with what seemed like a french bed. We accepted it and unpacked, then we realized it was just two beds put next to each other. This was not the biggest issue to us, but we then talked to a manager and this is what really made us feel uncomfortable. We asked for a compensation instead of moving rooms again and packing our stuff again. He offered 800 Rupees (Not even 2 dollars) discount on one dinner. This is really not behaviour that we would expect from a 4 Star Hotel. Also, the Hotel did not know I had booked Safari with them in advance. So we felt a little bit like we were doing their job. Other than that everything was fine. The Fitness room could have heavier weights and more space.

The resort ist beautiful, the employees are very nice. The rooms are great, the bathroom has a big Tub and good shower. Theres a fitness room and Buffet for Dinner and Breakfast. Breakfast was really Good. The western Food at Dinner is not worth mentioning for westeners, but thats understandable. The local food is great though! The Pool and Spa are also nice.

We stayed half-board with dinner included; although food options were very satisfactory, they should include at least soft drinks with the half-board package like any other hotel does. On a different note, check-in and check-out were not very smooth, probably they need more stuff during the peak hours.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Room was big enough and very clean. They have an amazing swimming pool with enough number of sunbeds. It is a very good option for all type of travelers including friends, couples and families.

The food is nothing special. Standard buffet and expensive for what it is. Same for breakfast.

Location is great, the staff is very attentive and the room is really clean. Pool is a big plus, the spa also, there’s a nice bar and you can play pool. Great atmosphere.

the staff doesn’t speak english. they are nice, but it is very difficult for foreigner to be understood. we had lunch at the pool bar and it was horrible. the main restaurant is nice, but the food from the bar was horrible.

the place is near Yala National Park. it was nice, fairly clean and the pool was perfect to refresh between Safaris.

The food is not good. There was clear disparity with how people of different races were being treated by some of the staff. This wasn’t nice and everyone staying at the hotel should be treated the same. This was evident because of the difference in how me and a friend were treated (one being white and the other Asian).

The resort itself is lovely. Some staff are friendly. The amenities were great. The spa was good and good value for money.

This was our 3rd visit to the hotel. Last visited in 2019 pre-Covid era. standards have been maintained. Only small criticism was that the curtains in our chalet could have been cleaner and the bases of the bed has fabric on them which were stained. However mattress and pillows were ultra clean as was the linen on the beds.

Super clean rooms - stayed in one of the chalets. Bathroom was very clean and had been recently painted and updated.
