Excellent location 5 mins from beach or main street with restaurants. Staff always on hand for advice or booking trips. Excellent breakfast every morning with fruit, toast and Sri Lankan specialites.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful and central location. The hosts are a wonderful family, very kind and helpful. The room was large with a four poster bed, mosquito net and a great sized en suite bathroom. Very clean throughout. In addition to this, the room had its own fridge and safety box. The villa has a beautiful terrace outside too. It also has a fully equipped kitchen which you can use. WiFi works very well. It's close to the beach, shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. They also dropped us at the airport at the end of our trip. The hosts own a mini van and tuk tuk if you want to do any trips away from bentota. Really recommend this villa to everyone!

Mosquitos in bathroom. Suggested to owner to put up mosqito net in window, which he was positive to, so maybe no problem anymore.

A well furnished apartment with all amenities. Near the beach. Well maintained by hosts. We were served sumptuous breakfast (string hoppers) The place has a idle vibe and you cross a railway line to reach the beach ~500 m. Very beautiful beach. we had a great morning walk in the beach

This is a great place to stay in Bentota. It's only about 100m from the main bentota beach, a short walk across the train tracks. There's also a nice restaurant just down the hill, we got takeaway from it. Owners are lovely, rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds.

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, nice views and a lovely terrace, AC in the room, near the beach and the town, easy walking around to see everything. The owner was super communicative on WhatsApp and he offered lots of help when I was unfortunately unwell too! He couldn’t do enough for me and his mum and the two kids were super sweet! Very friendly people super clean room.breakfast average it was difficult to get the understood that all I want is Srilanka breakfast mild not to hot flavoured. Probably because they where so busy ....otherwise very helpful people.some kind of animals on the roof did not let me sleep the first night the host came even 3 o clock when I finally slept to see how he can help as I had send a ms over booking which delayed.2 night I was used to the noice and anyway it was not as bad.

No TV 🙂, but in Sri Lanka usually there are no TVs in the rooms and for some people it could be an advantage rather than disadvantage.

We liked everything: very clean, just a few min walk from the beach, helpful English speaking owner, comfortable room, kitchen possibility!!!

The stay was very nice. Super comfy A/C Rooms with big comfortable beds for a wonderful sleep. The owner was super nice and arranged a good discounted Boat Ride, a visit to a turtle hatchery.He had some other activities also but we had little time. The bentota beach is 2 min away by foot so its perfect. The Included breakfast was filling with a lot of variety. We got Egg Hoppers with sambol and Jam, butter with bread. A Passion Fruit Drink, Bottled water, Tea and Coffee was available as beverages. Fruits were also there as a dessert. Parking is also available.

Great place to stay in Bentota within a 5 minute walk to the best beach in the area. There are also good eateries around with excellent food and reasonable prices. The rooms at the villa are maintained to the highest standards, very clean, hot water, kitchen, cutlery, complimentary tea/coffee. Channa, the host , and his family are very supportive, helped to arrange airport transfer and some other trips. Strongly recommend.

After visiting more then 10 hotels and villas in Sri Lanka that was the best. Quiet location, very very helpful and friendly stuff, clean and nice rooms and great options with open space and kitchen to be used for everyone. Perfect place for family wit kids and couples! Owner can also arrange transportation wherever you like on the island.

There were some power outages during my stay, but this seems to affect all of SL and not just this place. Also, Channa seemed to want to take me to many shops (ex: woodcarving, gems) so not sure if he receives a commission from these places. I actually enjoyed visiting them, but not everyone may enjoy.

Comfortable room and bathroom,location is walking distance from the beach, Channa is so friendly and was great about coordinating all tours and excursions. He made everything very convenient and easy and was always happy to provide recommendations.

Recommended Family run business, all so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we originally booked for 2 nights and extended our stay another 2. Good and easy to contact immediate reply! Breakfast brought to the table lovely all freshly prepared and just kept coming ! Sat at balcony just outside our room.
