the owner Sunny was overstepping boundaries while we were there and we tried to explain it to him he would not listen and started berating us. it was very uncomfortable.

NOTHING, EXCEPT A HOT MILK TEA (MADE BY MR. RAJA) IN THE MORNING.

To continue the hotel business, property should be upgraded thoroughly. 1. Beds are ugly and smelling pillows, bed sheets etc.. 2. No ventilation in the room 3. Horrible bathroom. Even doors are broken and not working properly. Insects are coming out from bathroom tiles gap. 4. Dangerous to use hot water bathing system. No cold water mixing system. One has to do the jugglery to take a worm water bath !!!!! 5. No place to keep luggage ? 6. No control on Smoking cigarettes by Guests & owner of the property. Total smoke is rotating inside the premises. A LOT TO CHANGE

Stayed for just one night. Came in at 6pm and left by 5am hence had very specific requirements which the host kindly accomodated. Hence didn't find anything I did not like.

Excellent Location and Host. I was able to get my things done. Very Helpful.

The room did not match its description. A (very) dirty cloth had been left in the sink. The promised hot water never materialised. It did not feel warm and friendly and was not the same value for money I have experienced elsewhere

When it was raining room was wet with leaking from the roof.one of the bed was wer.. later changed the room. It was not free parking as mentioned.We paid for parking.It is not worth for money.

The WC & shower of the only share bathroom upstairs are together so the bathroom is always wet..

I stayed in a double room w fan & share bathroom. The room was good. Location amazing. I arrived before the check in time and they prepare the room for me.

Black mould on the mattress, men sitting directly outside your room late at night and very early in the morning, the light coming straight in until it's turned off by the manager at night, the service staff in the room next door, the service staff coming out of their room everytime you do because you can hear every movement, piss, fart, conversation etween the rooms, the hole in the roof, the filthy mouldy and rusty shower and bathroom, the lack of security on the door, the unfriendly staff that yell at you when you ask for help, the air conditioner that only works with a set code they don't tell you and if you stand on the bed at a certain angle, the filthy shower, the leaking toilet, the cockroaches, the water provided is tap water in a bottle and unsealed and a drawer full of random electronic equipment and routers.

Warmth welcome from owner and staffs, good milk tea, and free half day city tour service. Driver take me to many places it’s over half day and informative. I gave driver cost not so much but I’ll bring family and friends to this place again for sure

Old room, dirty, no sheets… shared room very dirty. Too hot! Moreover, they told me to cancel the night but still requesting the money through booking

it had aircon and fans but the sheets and towels seemed dirty and of poor quality. two people in our group saw cockroaches in our room when they came back before the rest of the group. we switched to a different hotel for our second night.

the free tour was great! staff were great. please note they do take you to a gem store and they likely get commission however if you don’t want to buy you don’t have to. the staff are lovely.

first floor rooms are very hot cannot be stay in day time, stand fan only available in the room. more over there ins no more plug point for Phone charge.

I feel bad giving a low rating to somewhere so cheap, as I believe you get what you pay for. But this place was pretty awful. Cockroaches and rats in the room, walls are made of thin plywood so very noisy (footsteps in the corridor will wake you up). Tiny room. Filthy bathroom, sheet doesn't fit the bed, uncomfortable bed. Worst of all though is at check out the manager tried to charge us double, saying the booking.com price was per person. He also used a different conversion rate. There's nothing worse than feeling you're being scammed as a tourist. So very cheap, but I would not advise staying here

There were lot of noises during the night, mainly from the roof I guess, sounded like loose fiber glass roofing sheet shaking due to wind

Perfect Location, walking distnace to Daladha Maligawa, KCC and many more usefull places. Easy to get to the train station and the bus station
