Loud music from the neighbouring hotel going on till late at night, I couldn't sleep. Mentioned it to the owner and he took steps to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Poor soundproofing- there were noisy Chinese tourists banging their doors and talking loudly, you can hear everything. No toiletries provided except for soap.

Very nice and clean big room, beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Kettle plus complimentary tea and coffee, big bathroom. Really friendly and helpful owner.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to cool our drinks and food. The bathroom lacked shelves and hooks to put your stuff on and dry your towels.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool! Also, the breakfast was very good. The staff helps you with everything. We asked for advice for our trip through Sri Lanka and they really helped us with it

Chams was an attentive host who really helped us out with lost luggage. The room was clean with a nice view over the pool. The accommodation is tucked away off a busy street so it's quite peaceful.

The cost of breakfast.

The bedroom was comfortable,clean and appealing with a very good bathroom. The breakfast was good but was a bit expensive . Garden and pool lovely. Overall , I was very pleased.

We decided to pay extra for the breakfast. It was just ok. The toast wasn't toasted enough, more like bread, The egg and one sausage were bland and tasteless. The fruit plate was nice. Wouldn't have bothered if we had known. The breakfast was the only reason that marked this place down. Great place to stay otherwise.

This was our first accommodation in Sri Lanka, and we were suitable impressed. The room was large, huge comfortable bed. Big spacious bathroom with lovely hot shower. Quiet area. Pool was lovely and clean and large enough to swim a few lengths up and down. Sun loungers available. Good location really close to shops and restaurants etc and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and friendly and could answer all your questions.

The furniture is slightly dated but for 1 night it didn't really matter.

The staff were really accommodating and helpful even before we arrived, having booked us pick up from the airport and recommending a driver for our excursion the next day. They provided us with drinks while we waited for our room to be ready. The pool area is really pleasant and lovely to have a swim and cool off. The room was huge and very comfortable. It's a great location with lots of facilities within a few minutes walk, along with the stunning beach. Breakfast was provided and was delicious with lots of fresh fruit.

Poor breakfast… Also it could use some more and new daybeds.

It was a great stay, the location and the pool is a big plus! In the near you can find the beach, many cafes and restaurants. It is near negombo city where you can take the public bus to further places but be aware there is no such thing as reserved seats, so you don’t have to buy tickets in advance or anything… Champ is a helpful owner though and the staff is really nice.

Very helpful staff, particularly arranging onward transport. Recommended Paloma Restaurant down the road which was excellent. Good mosquito net around bed. My room had a giant balcony!

The only suggestion I have is the the property advertised airport shuttle to which I presume this is all within the cost but they arrange a taxi which I did myself at a cheaper cost

The position and it had a lovely pool, the room was at the back which was a bit dark but clean and tidy . Would have been nice to have the room overlooking the pool .The staff were polite and helpful I would recommend
