It would be really nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. There was a TV but it didn't work. There was no mosquito netting in my room, but most rooms seemed to have it. There was no hair dryer as advertised, but I didn't need one. No fault of theirs, but the music and noise from the neighbouring property was very loud at times.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You could not ask for better in a host property. The pool was kept spotlessly clean at all times, a nice temperature and lots of loungers to relax by the pool. There was a restroom at the pool for convenience. The room was large and clean and nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Also a line to hang wet clothes was nice.

The pool was clean and a fair size. Breakfast was very good the two bedroom apartment was a good size and had a good lounge area. A special mention about the owner of the hotel he was a really nice guy he will stop at nothing to advise or help out with anything.

Returning to the starting point of our four-week cycling journey through Sri Lanka felt a bit like returning home. The accommodation is not just a tranquil, spacious, and clean base; Chams, the owner, greeted us with genuine curiosity and excitement upon our return. Throughout our cycling journey across Sri Lanka, Chams was readily available via WhatsApp to address any inquiries. Besides securely storing our travel bike boxes for the entire month, he also provided assistance in dismantling our bikes so they would fit into the boxes again. A memorable touch was his presence in the middle of the night to say us farewell as we departed for the airport on our journey back home. We can only highly recommend that, when traveling to Sri Lanka you enjoy a few days at the Christima Residence for a relaxing beginning, ending and/or any other moment of your vacation.

Absolutely amazing place. The photos are exactly what you get in real life. Very well maintained. Staff is super helpful. Good kitchen with a fridge and washing.maching, table.and chairs, big cimmunal. balcony. Huge bedroom and mozzie net..Absolutely,.recommend this place over and over.

A warm welcome at Christima, and a great stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The staff were all very friendly and always greeted with a smile. A good location, away from the main roads, but short distances to everything you could want. Highly recommended. Thanks for having us.

This place is really good. Exactly what it is like in the photos. Rooms are super clean and very big. Staff here are extremely friendly and the owner is so helpful. I will 100% stay here again. The location is perfect, wifi perfect, facilities perfect.

The pickup service was properly organized. The room is spacious and the pool is nice. There are several restaurants in the nearby and the beach is close to the hotel.
