There were no toiletries in the bathroom and even though we paid for bed and breakfast we learned on the spot that breakfast is available from 7am (we were leaving at 6am to catch our flight). The wifi was not working in the pool area and strangly the safe in our room was also out of order.

We were staying only for one night, just before our departure. The room was clean, the AC was working, and the bathroom was really nice. The pool area was cute, and the beach or restaurants were nearby. We were happy that we were dropped off at the airport free of charge.

Comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. The three boys who manage the place are doing a great job to maintain the standards. The airport drop vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver Krishan arrived on time and was very friendly

There was no safe in our room and the beach was a bit disappointing, which is not the hotel's fault.

Hotel Cloud 9 provided my wife and I a room with a garden as a view; in the garden, there was a pool. Hence, the view was good. However, we found the pool a little bit unclean as the water wasn't clear. We decided not to swim at the end.

The staff were friendly - they warmly welcomed us and smiled at us untill the end of our stay. The breakfast was great! We received fresh watermelon juice to start; we were asked if we wanted tea or coffee; then, we were asked how we wanted our eggs to be; finally, we were served delicious and heartily breakfast. It made our day.

Aside from the kettle, there was one yea bag and one sachet of coffee, but no milk, not even yucky UHT or even worse powdered milk. One the one occasion I did had breakfast, I asked about having some milk in the room, as it was available with breakfast, to be told that wasn’t allowed. Nothing was as available to buy at the hotel so nobody congregated there because they had to go out.

Large comfortable spacious bed, plenty of space in the room, shower was very good.

Clean, close to the airport and easy location for restaurants. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. We had a great tour guide, Ishara, provided by the hotel.

Felt a bit pressured giving a review, which I would have done anyways. Staff could be a bit more helpful in giving suggestions for nice restaurants, cafes around. The breakfast was fine but very simple and I basically got some of the leftovers from other guests which led to colder coffee and used butter.

Great, clean, comfortable Hotel. Close to the airport, the free airport drop off was very convenient. Pool was really nice as well.

Exceptional value for money - nice pool, excellent breakfast and the room was ideal. Free airport transfer was included too! Great location near the beach/main strip as well as being close to the airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and even organised some last minute laundry for us.

The room we had was right next to the reception so unless the blinds were closed we had no privacy, therefore we lived in the dark. However we were out most of the time so it wasn’t a big problem.

The hotel is in a quiet area just one block back from the beach, restaurants are shops. It has its own swimming pool and area for sunbathing. Ideal for relaxing after your flight or before your trip home. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast very good. Our free airport shuttle arrived on time and got us there with no hassle.

It was a bit warmer in the bathroom than in the bedroom, and there was a bit of a weird smell.

It was nice to have a large swimming pool with comfortable beds. Also, the beds were soft and comfortable as well. The shower was nice and big.
