We liked everything about the property, we just didn’t like the city.

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Comfy beds. Good bathroom. We liked that there was a TV. There was no problem with early morning airport pickup. Top.

the toilet/bathroom smelled terribly. old towels, clean of course. breakfast was very simple, you get a standard breakfast.

it was an okay stay. We stayed here (2 nights) to recover from our flight with a 3 year old child. don't expect much from it, it's basic. the owner is very nice and involved.

I don't appreciate that when checking in a staff member tries to sell me a tranfer for three times the cost of an uber/pick me, with the excuse that after 9-10 pm there are no drivers (lie)... I can take this behaviorus from random tuk tuk driver, but a member of staff of a hotel where I'm staying... Not really nice and behaviours like this reflect on the hotel...

The hotel and facilities are modern and nice. Rooms are spatious and generally comfortable. 95% of the staff professional and friendly.

We arrived at night, there were loads of mosquitoes in our rooms. It was not cleaned well, my windows, floor was dirty and no hot water. I think it needs a good clean in general.

Breakfast was served on a nice rooftop dining area and it was freshly made to order. Kind night guard who gave us a an electric mosquito racquet to use. Good for those who just need a bed to overnight and it does have a good breakfast.

Noise of other guests , banging doors etc.. on corridor are very audible. Lighting in rooms can be cosier

Manager Amil is super friendly and sympathetic, honest and humble and ihelpful. Early check-in was made possible. Dinner (red snapper) was excellently spiced and came at low cost, good communication and help about everything, good quality place for this price category.

Room and sheets could be cleaner. Afterwards there was a problem with the payment, owner made us feel like we were unfair, but they made the mistake.

Rooms; dirty sheets. Wine bottle used as water for refilling (tacky). Blinds broken. Toilet paper holder broken., list goes on. These are easily fixed maintenance issues.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Great for a night’s stay before/after a flight as it’s proximity to the airport. Pool is great and a good size. Rooms needs maintenance but then again it’s very reasonably priced.

We had 2 rooms and checked in by 9.00pm. The place seemed deserted without lights and only security guard who checked us in, handled luggage, took payments, assisted in any way possible. Toiletries were half used or opened before we checked in and rooms had only a soap bar and a bottle of body lotion. Lot of mosquitoes at night. You could see swarms flying in room as we left room open for few seconds. Do not leave door open was what the guard informed us later but too late. First room was dirty in terms of floor and bathroom. Second room had blood stain on bedsheet and blankets possibly due to huge mosquitos which may have been swatted by previous guests staining the blankets, which went unnoticed by the housekeeper when cleaning the room, it was replaced by the guard. There was no hot water in second room and we had early checkout so didn't have time to wait for the staff to fix the problem.

The rooms were good enough to sleep for the night especially if you have a early flight. The free included airport drop off made it hassle free.

really lovely location down a quiet lane, but close enough to walk to most things. The pool was a welcome addition in a really hot day.  The manager went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed including airport transfer and spa experience.

Very noisy. The reception desk was very close to our room and it was not so well for sleeping there.

We only spent 1 night there before flying home. They offered complementary airport drop which was the best option for us. The staff was very nice. We just went there and sleep a few hours... :)

Cleaning has some room for improvement.

The hotel is good for a short stay. I arrived in late afternoon, used the pool, went for a walk and then took a nap before heading to the airport. Their shuttle was on time (and free of charge). The staff was polite.
