The airconditioning was really loud. Like really really loud. It was old and they should replace it!

Some people have complained of proximity of toilet in room, was not an issue for me.

Lovely wooden room with private veranda. Cooler at night than concrete rooms, plus you old leave window and veranda door open, so just fan needed at night, though there was also air-con. Beer was reasonable in bar.

They helped us for renting a scooter and arranged everything I forgot my driver's licence and they sent it back to by post The place is near beach with 5-10 minute walk Also super market is very close under 5 minutes walk. Facilities are good and it was clean

We stayed at this hotel just for a night. We did have a welcome drink then we arrived, the staff is very nice and helpful. We did like our room and it was clean and a comfortable bed as well. We did really like the location, close to the beach and quiet! 😄 we recommend this place!

Rooms are comfortable with big beds, every room has got private entrance. I recommend a room on the top with a beautifull view. Breakfast was very good. It is close to the beach and restaurants.

High quality of service and attention to the detail remain.The staff is amazing the room have been comfortable and immaculate. Great location, The environment was pleasant and welcoming.Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. My check in time was 1.00 am,when I was late,they keep In touch for my arrival.And easy to get in and out of the city. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of us. We went to the bar and had an amazing time.The restaurant downstairs has amazing food! Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time .it's becoming my happy place in Sri Lanka.

The smell of the cabanas was really weird. With the help of the AC we managed! Tho the hotel is a little outside there were some street parades and fights in the middle of the night (2am) which kept us up.

The stay here was nice and the value of the money is alright. We stayed in one of the Cabanas and were greeted by a muffled smell .. which was not so nice. The breakfast was basic (toast, jam and eggs) so might have a look around for other places. All in all we were greeted warmly and everything was working. The location is great - 100m to the beach, several restaurants in the area with a variety of different cuisines. The “city centre” is also within a five minute walk which was great!

Said there was a bath but there wasn't one :(

The location of the hotel is 30 seconds walk to the beach; then 1 minute walk maximum to the sun lounges or beach bars. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy but, in my opinion, the pillows were too flat. Breakfast was good. Heard from locals that it was cheap prices there compared to a couple other places for drinks - we went to a different restaurant and found this out after.

The towels were white and clean but had a few marks on them. The breakfast was basic egg on toast, but not a complaint, as u feel terrible as previous places have given your far too much and it is a waste

The location was ideal literally minutes away from the beach and Reegae Shark Restaurant. The host was extremely laid back and when we arrived people had not checked out of our room. So he gave us 2 rooms for the same price heaven when you have been travelling with your mama for 3 weeks. The room had a fridge which is ideal and a seating area on the balcony The rooms were spacious and clean
