The music from the restaurant at night can be heard even through the rain. Just needs to be turned down a bit as there was no one there after 9pm and can continue until 11pm.

This property is all about location. Ocean front with view of the surf and surrounds.

The only downside is the beach bars tend to play loud music until 2am. As the hotel is right on the beach, this may be an issue if you are a light sleeper, if so bring ear plugs! For heavy sleepers, it is not an issue.

Great location for surfers and beach goers. Located right on Mirrissa Point with beautiful views to wake up to each morning. The room had a great balcony, right on the beach! Staff were helpful, and friendly tuk tuk drivers and resteraunts/bars located right outside.

You are paying for the location without a doubt! Couldn't ask for a better location as our balcony overlooked the surfing beach (& we love to surf) but the spot lights from all the party hotels shine into the room through the door (no curtain there) and although staying for two days we didn't get any cleaning on the second day, would've been nice as being right on the beach our room got super sandy & we only had two little bottles of water which we ran out of in the first night. The staff are lovely and location is good, just those extra touches that would make a positive difference.

I visit Mirissa more than 10 times and always in Coral Beach. Location is so beutifu and so clean! The perfect place to relax: calm place and quite Rooms got incredible seaview and staff is helpful and friendly! we became friends with lot of them in these years One of the best place in the world: i recommend it for families, surfers and whoever wants to live a dream

We were booked in for 3 nights Dec 27-30 2023, but after feeling ripped off we negotiated a discount and happily left a day earlier for another hotel. NOTE _ This hotel is undertaking major renovations adding 2 extra floors above and this resulted in daily loud and vibrating construction noise that made staying in the room any time after 8am awful. The hotel did not mention the construction, which is likely to go until late 2024 and still charged full price- so therefore it felt deceitful and dishonest to do so. The kicker was no hot water for our final 24 hours despite reporting this and was met with disinterest from the Mnanager and staff. I would not recommend staying here until all construction is finalised. There are many other ,better value options along Mirissa beach which we found easily. It was also very noisy with adjoining bar playing loud music until well after midnight.

It’s near the busy end of the beach.. they pump out load music from 8 am to 11 pm ..,on top of that you have other bars nearby who have music till 5 am! We couldn’t sleep properly .. shame as it’s such a fabulous location, would be so much better if music not so loud and intrusive!

The hotel was under reconstruction, which works were very noisy. The room was dirty, there were no hotwater, the aircondition was not possible to controll and the room, and the hotel was full of modest solutions, and frugal mistakes, let see our photos. The rooms had no any cabinet, so we used our suitcases... The photo of the booking did not show the reality.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The location of the bar of the hotel is perfect.

The trees are tall and blocking some view. Not a big deal though.

Loved the seaview with balcony room. Room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. A/C worked great. Walkable disdance to many beach front restaurants. Only 5 min tuktuk ride to the habor for whale watching. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to stay here.
