Unexpected extra 120 USD charged by hotel for children (not quoted on booking.com). Decor in the rooms was dated.

The swimming pool was very big and spacious. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good as well.

Facilities like bathroom showers and toilet seats are a bit old and rusted in some places. Could do with a revamp. There is not much variety with the t.v channels, too.

1. The staff were fabulous and friendly from the minute we arrived till we departed. Not a single long face. They were all smiles and very service oriented 2. Great ocien view. The beach is literally at your doorstep, and most rooms have a great view. 3. The food and variety are above average, but after about 2 days, you might want to venture out. 4. Great pool with a connected baby pool.

Restaurant food was subpar, I wish I had went out to dinner at a restaurant. My waiter was not the best either. The room was decent, but the TV channels available were limited and terrible.

I booked two rooms, sea view but hotel assistant Manager told me my booking for partial sea view standard room. Had to spend more than 45 minutes to sort this out. Generally I don't like this kind of MIS communication. I am not happy at all

No real beach in front of hotel, only some rocks, although not far to beach. Aged facility, difficult to discern from the street. Room was cramped with four poster bed taking up much room. Our stay was plagued by national power cuts. The hotel used generator power at night, which was good. However access to diesel is becoming scarce. Smallish shower, with lower pressure than hoped for.

Good location on the beach. Most rooms, if not all rooms seemed to have a view of the sea. Our room had a good view over the water. Close proximity to shops, banks, ATM's, restaurants, train station and motorbike hire. Not too far to walk to get to some reef you can snorkel at. Staff were helpful, considering some of the challenges they faced. A great shout out to Dammika, the dining area Captain who provided a good experience.

There are some pieces of noodles inside my room kettle.please pay your attention each and everything about cleaning. There are two types of tea cup. Some bulbs in the room do not light up. Because of These type points the gest may become bad image about your premises. Please follow the generally accepted methods. The work of the receptionists is very unsatisfactory.It is unfortunate that they do not even bother to bring the luggage to the vehicle until the bill is paid at the time of departure.The fact that there was no one to even say "thank you, come back" is a good example for me to ignore as a Sri Lankan tourist.

Resturent staff with cheff and security staff in neer swimming pool are more friendly. Free and calm. Clean swimming pool.Delicious foods.Clean room and bathroom.
