We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room is very tiny and wasn't clean, also you have to walk up and down these metal stairs which are not that safe, also there is no kettle in the room which they say there is.
The location is very good as it is very centrally located in Anuradhapura, and is in walking distance to the train station, bus station, shops and the sacred city.

Sri LankaThe room was very clean, and the owner was friendly. There is a double bed, flat screen TV, cloth rack, mirror and a fan in the room. Also hot water is available. If you want anything like water bottles, soaps, toothbrushes you can ask from the ower. He will supply those. Specially this place is very close to the town as well as the Sri Maha Bodhiya and Ruwanweliseya.

When I booked my room online, I was booked with a TV, electric kettle, etc. in my room. But the TV in the room is not working. There is no electric kettle. I was very embarrassed. We reserve a room by paying more money because we want to get better facilities. But I didn't get any of it right. The best thing is that I booked the room for 2653 rupees per night. But he also gave me a bottle of water for 150 rupees and charged me 3000 rupees for the room. That's why he takes more money than what we reserve. And that's how I went two kilometers in his own three wheeler and he took 400 rupees from me. So don't use his three wheeler. The owner of this accommodation cheats you and takes more money. He is money greedy. Therefore, you do not come to this shelter. I do not endorse this accommodation as a suitable place to stay for anyone

Sri LankaThe owner tries to be way too friendly e.g. taking pictures with us, offering "reasonably priced dinner" (700LKR each), annoying mothering behaviour, etc. Even though he probably has good intentions, it was a bit too much for us.
We spent a night here, because we wanted to visit the ancient city of Anuradhapura. For that purpose, the location is great! The owner tries to be friendly and offered many options.
