Great place with very stylish interior. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. Most importantly the hosts were AMAZING and so thoughtful. Food was 12/10. The ability to hop in the pool after a long day was amazing. Big thanks to the host 🩷

We liked everything about this place. We only stayed two nights but arrived early and left late, so had almost 3 days to relax and enjoy the wonderful clean and quite large pool. Inoka looked after us wonderfully, she was so friendly, her cooking is also amazing and we ate there both nights ($7 each for an incredible evening meal). The breakfasts were delicious, only $5 each and (very) filling! The countryside is peaceful and, having already travelled around Sri Lanka for 7 weeks, we were happy to while away the hours in the comfortable outdoor area upstairs. The quality of the building, with lots of wood and high ceilings, was the best we've experienced on our trip, we were so pleased to have spent our last few days here. Do ask Inoka about her homemade pineapple chutney, it's delicious!NB If coming on the train, then Peradineya Junction is closer and avoids the traffic chaos that is Kandy.

Wonderful family run hotel. We were looked after very well. Clean, spacious room and a very generous breakfast and evening meal.

Drain in bathroom seems to have been partly clogged as water level was building up slowly.

Amazing host, great facilities, location is remote and very quiet. I would definitely come again just to meet these wonderful people. I have been travelling to Sri Lanka twice now and this place by far gets the best spot.

We recently stayed at Danisco Leisure Bungalow in Kandy and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Had a very relaxing, pleasant and peaceful stay with my family and friends. The property and the surroundings were simply stunning and beautiful. The rooms were very modern, super clean and comfy. Idyllic place to soak in the sunrise, sitting in the balcony overlooking hills and green fields. The manager is super helpful, professional and very accommodating too. Found breakfast, lunch, dinner and all other snacks provided absolutely delicious. Everyone had a dip in the pool to enjoy some fun playing Water polo in the evening. Kids loved it!!.. Vijitha and Inoka went beyond in also arranging us lunch to have on board Ella Odyssey train and a van for hire for our next getaways, again from Kandy to Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa. Thank you for the fantastic Danisco hospitality. The whole experience at Danisco surpassed our expectations!!..Brought back so many happy memories with us and created new ones. Absolutely felt at home away from home. Once again, thank you so much Vijitha and Inoka for making our holiday stay in Sri Lanka an unforgettable experience!!...

everything was perfect! the property is stunning and set in the beautiful hills surrounding Kandy. The level of hospitality we received at this hotel was first class, the staff are so kind and helpful. Room and pool were clean and perfect. the food was simply delicious. would recommend to anyone & everyone. was simply bliss. when checking out the owner presented us with a picture and a key ring it was a lovely sentimental gesture.

What a lovely stay we had. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views. We had a dip in the pool in the evening and dinner on the balcony to top it off. Vijitha went out of his way to help us arrange our tickets for the train from Kandy to Ella, and drop us off at the train station. The location is perfect to get to Peradeniya Station (the stop before Kandy).
