In the city center of Kandi, with nice and quite room and a nice roofterrace. I will for sure go back there if I go to Kandi. Also, I recommand you to do a 1 or 2 days tour with a local tuktuk to explore around Kandi too. We had a wonderfull experience with Baba the kindest tuktuk driver ever. He loves to show around and can drive you anywhere anytime for a cheap amount of monney so feel free to contact him : 0094.77.119.1197 and you willhave fun the whole day )

very small window in high position (at least in my room which is adjacent to reception) u can only see sunlight but unable to see outside like u are in a prison. no generator during power cut

Noise from rooftop restaurant after midnight, unfortunatelly we had room no. 25 which is exactly under it.

Our room had a very small window facing backyard. Maybe it's a good thing, as no noice or smell from the outside disturbed us.

We chose this place because of its location. It's right in the city centre not far from the Tooth Temple and the lake. The hotel is recently renovated, rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is brand new.

as the property is located in the center it is really loud and so it is in the room. if you have a very light sleep, we would recommend something different

the location of the property is really good -there are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Train Station and the the temple of the tooth are also easily reachable by foot. the rooftop bar of the hotel is really nice to have dinner or some drinks.

The only thing is the bed, i required kingsize bed instead of that they given huge twn bed, everything else was really good. Location was marvelous, staff were friendly, foods are delicious. Looking forward to travel again.

The only problem is that you can here everything what is happening in the corridor, at the reseption.

This hotel is very good. Location is not far from everything you need- the lake, the stations, the temle. It is quite clean inside with a good shower! For such price it really good. Upstairs on the top there is a caffee with a Wonderful view on the city.

Walls were dirty white and really tiny window in one corner of the room. Did not really feel confortable and at home at first. Not too bad for a short stay if not planning to stay in the room since it's really central

Very friendly staff. Always sitting at his desk and happy to give advice or to talk. Quite spacious room Nice decoration in the bathroom with towels. A quick walk away from the temple, lake supermarket and the shopping center.

Location is great. You stay right in the downtown! Rooms are very tidy and clean. We booked two rooms and one had a table. They did provided us a knife/cups/plates when required (we did buy some fruit)
