We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaAfter we arrive at the property the staff member at the front desk informed that there is an additional Rs.2000 fare since the electricity taxes went up recently. But this wasn't mentioned when we checked out and booked the hotel room on booking.com. The hotel had informed it to us only through an email which we received after making the booking. Anyways they decides not to charge us extra after a little bit of a discussion. The ones who are booking the hotel, call them and make sure if there's an additional charge for electricity or else u will only get to know after making the booking
The room was clean, new and arranged nicely. Even the washroom was clean and neat.

We were received with warm welcome and also chai . Room and bathroom were clean . Also we were given a chance to choose our room , which was comforting . If you want air conditioning service ( as it is not included in the price shown) you will have to pay 2,000 LKR /day for the same . Location is good . Just a 20 min walk to Sacred tooth temple and ,lake and city center . Although a bit far from railway station , for which you need to take TUK TUK (200LKR) or can call property as they are very helpful . Had dinner and breakfast at Balaji restaurant which is the best one . A bit pricey though

FranceThe CONSTRUCTIONS SITE next door ! AND THE DISHONEST STAFF WHO WORK THERE!! i arrive asking for a quiet room explainning that i needed some rest . the receptionist say it will be quiet. I woke up at 7h40 am with the metallic sound of the construction site just underneath my room the sound was that loud that I had a huge headache by 9am. I ask for a free coffee for the inconvenience which he first say no and then come to my room with coffee. that he charge me when I leave ! pretending that I order it which was false Another thing If you like to go dinner after 10h30pm forget about it he has no night receptionist and will order you to come back before that time or the door would be locked! Simply avoid it!
