Family run hotel. The family cannot do enough for you, very accommodating and friendly. The food was incredible and the portion sizes were enormous! The room was spacious, with a really good bathroom and A/C. We stayed for 2 nights. Value for money was exceptional.

A pool would have been handy but by no means distracted from the quality of service and accommodation. Incredible value for money.

Everything - the accommodation is excellent, as is the food and the service. Immaculately clean and a great spot to head out and explore. Wr had a very large bedroom and bathroom plus a balcony.

Eden grand boasts huge rooms, friendly family run business, great breakfast. A new hotel only opened in the past year and has great potential. Owner was friendly and accommodating, also provided transport to our next location. It is a little bit of a walk outside the main area in Dambulla but perfect for a short stay. Would recommend better wifi and some lighting along the walk up to the hotel if possible but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Very good value. The Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and very clean and the Sri Lankan breakfast was tasty and a portion so big, we couldn't even finish it. Definitely would recommend to stay when visiting the cave temples.

What a wonderful, clean and modern family run hotel. (It is only one year old). You are greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Dinner in the evening exceeded our expectations, wonderful flavours and very large portions. The western breakfast in contrast was quite basic, a better fruit selection could be offered (as the owner has a wholesale fruit businees). !!! Great location to visit the local sites. It's set back from the road,so quiet. The owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. We woukd be more than happy tostayhere again.

What an enormous bed!!! Bloody awesome. You could sleep in there with a whole family. Staff amazing, a really nice family hotel. Everything is new and tge breakfast is AMAZING. you will not have lunch that day. Estuti thank you for everything

There's no tourist infrastructure around the hotel, just a Cargill's in walking distance.

A clean modern hotel with a huge room, quality fixtures and fittings, fully equipped with balcony, comfortable bed and an actual bath! The breakfast was massive, with a choice of either Sri Lankan or eggs, sausage and pancakes, along with fruit and toast. The hotel has a proper restaurant (unlike others that claim to) and we ate here one night. The food was delicious and plentiful, beer is available. The family are very happy and helpful, arranging tuk tuks and giving advice. Dambulla is a town without much to attract tourists, except the impressive cave temples and the international cricket stadium. The hotel is in perfect location for both by tuk tuk. Our visit coincided with an international match and the hotel is actually within walking distance of the stadium, about half an hour flat walk.

Very nice family run hotel. The operators are reserved but very friendly, which I personally find very pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything is in perfect condition. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Clear recommendation!!!

The hotel is located in the heart of Dambulla city conveniently close to the Kurunegala-Dambulla road. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was tasty and severed hot and the portions were good and also reasonably priced. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Although it is in the heart of the city very relaxed setup. Overall, its great value for money.
