We tried their SPA service, but it required me to book it 2 times. Travelling with a kid is never easy, and our request to make Prawns on grill without any sauces has not been met. But the team did their best the next day during breakfast.

Great building and territory, but this place is great for isolation and relaxation, not for visiting Kandy. 1 hour and tough roads. The hotel team is keen to deliver the best they could, even with some lack of English language.

The staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating; both the western and eastern food served at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was so filling and tasted amazing! The view of the mountains in the morning is beautiful as well, with the sounds of birds in the morning ^.^ I would highly recommend for people to stay at this hotel!

Hospitality is great; staff is very professional and always smiling. Hotel and rooms are very well maintained and EXTREMELY clean!! :) (which we really love it!) Hot water is being a problem in some hotels in sri lanka, but not in this hotel!! Wifi working very well. Lots of English channels on tv. We had ala carte for dinner which was very delicious. Tomato soup is excellent! Portions are very big and good for 2 person. Breakfast was also very delicious with combination of local tastes like roti and lentil, and international food like pancakes, eggs, fruit salads. Service at restaurant, is a 5-star service!! Thanks to entire team :) We did not swim due to weather but there is a cool pool with great view. Hotel has both east and west view so you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset (if weather allows!). Location is away from Kandy city which was a point for us to chose this hotel. But google maps giving not the best directions, your driver should call the hotel for best direction especially if you reaching there after dark (roads are very tight and thats 2way…)

Being in the jungle was nice but it’s really far away from the city Kandy (by Taxi around 25 Minutes), so you always need a Taxi to go somewhere. The food choices for vegetarian and vegan were really slim but they tried to make different things for us, which was nice.

The view was amazing! This place is great to relax and be a bit further away from the city. You’re basically in the jungle which is an amazing feeling. The service was really great, the people were really really nice. The food was good, you can get english breakfast but also typical food from Sri Lanka like Dal or Curry.

Road to the hotel is a bit bumpy.

The accommodation is a bit far from the city centre. We liked that, because we wanted to relax and avoid crowded places. If you want to go somewhere, you need a ride. But if you want to relax you actually can stay the whole time in the hotel. And the staff will help you to arrange anything you like (outside the hotel aswell) for decent prices The only feedback we have is that the staff is really fast with cleaning your table when eating. Sometimes we weren’t done eating yet. But still the service here was the best we experienced so far here in Sri Lanka!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Definitely recommend to others. We stayed for 2 nights, wish we had more time to stay here. Our room was fantastic! Really spacious and a lovely big bed. We also had a prived terrace, and the accommodation have pleanty of terraces with lovely views (good for sunrice & sunset when its not so cloudy). The restaurant is nice aswell, they make good local food but also pretty good western food! The prices are reasonable (good enough for us to stay here). Book a massage, that 1 hour relaxation is so nice. We liked that it is not a very big hotel, so its not crowded at all. Enough room at the pool to relaxt. The staff is super friendly, are willing to help you with anything. No request is to much. In less words: its worth to stay here :-) thank you for everything!

20 minutes away from Kandy, if you’re looking for being in the center, this place isn’t for you. For us it was perfect!

The kindest staff, amazing service. The views are unbelievable, for sunrise and sunset, nestled in the mountains! The breakfast was delicious. We also recommend the Ayurvedic full body massage.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Sri Lanka so far. The rooms are very clean, the views are amazing and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and not easy to get to, we went to the city center by tuk tuk every time, it costs 800-1000 LKR and 15-20 minutes.
