Great stay! Extremely spacious and clean. Short walk down the hill to the main road with restaurants & shops but still feels very secluded! Ruwan was very helpful, friendly & responsive.

A very good place , very close to centre of town but on a quiet side-street up the hill. Very new and spotless clean and confortable..and with 16 US / night.. 48 for my 3 night stay it was the best value for money during my 3 weeks stay in Sri Lanka.

The way up to the property can be a bit of a struggle by foot if u carry luggage. The room had fan and not an aircon, but it did the job. Other than that, all ok.

The smell in the room. I think that we get a smaller room than we booked here in Booking. The taxi driver couldn’t drive us to the apartment because of the steep road, so we had to walk with our luggages.

Absolutely nothing

Very spacious, clean and light apartment with a nice big bed and a good shower! The owner is very helpful and does his best to make us feel comfortable. Also very cheap. Very close to all the restaurants and bars, but you don't hear that in the room. Best stay in Sri Lanka so far!

It's a very steep walk uphill to get there. But you get used to it very fast.

A very clean and open space. A very friendly owner who helped us with everything we needed. We could even stay an extra night, no problem. Also a nice hot shower!

Nothing - our favourite place to stay!

Absolutely perfect! The best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka!! The room was so light, spacious and clean, the bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was big and spotless - really lovely hot powerful shower. Lovely outside garden area to sit in. Location was perfect quiet and peaceful yet literally just 2 mins walk down a hill to the centre of Ella you can’t really get any closer. Would 1000% recommend here if you are staying in Ella!!

Super Large room. Extremely Value for money. Evry thing is easily accessible. Just 100 meters to Ella town. 300meters to the Railway Station. 150Meters to the bus stop. Very clean room & the host is sper friendly. Definitely, we will visit again.

The apartments located in the city center, few minutes uphill (be ready if you go there by foot with the luggage). The room is pretty old but it was clean, good pressure hot water. They give you a synthetic blanket but we asked for a white sheets and immediately got it. The staff, as everywhere where I’ve been in Sri Lanka is absolutely hospitable and hearty.

Very nice room direct to the garden. Space to safely park my tuktuk. Very nice and attentive owner. Mosquito net on the bed.

We had some small ants in the room but the host provided the anti-ant spray and we didn't see any after that. The mosquito net smelled pretty bad, so we didn't use it, but we didn't have any mosquitoes in the room anyway.

Ella Touch has an excellent location. You can access all the restaurants and shops on the main street by foot (3-5 min walk), yet it is far enough from the center so that you get a quiet atmosphere. But be aware that you walk up and down the hill. The room was nice and clean. The host also provided additional bed sheets on our request.

Before arrive, there is high slop… wifi was okay.

Location is very convenient and good value for stay. Also very quiet place and so relaxing. Staff was also kind.
