This hotel is a 100% recommendation. The rooms are very modern, the bed is extremely comfortable and the cleaning and service is excellent. The pool on the roof has a great view of the harbor. All the employees are very helpful, friendly and always have a smile on his face.thanks especially to enuka, who gave us lots of tips and a wonderful stay.he always took the time to give us good advice and make us feel at home here.food and breakfast are also available in the hotel Great. Here too, all the employees welcome you with a smile and they fulfill all your wishes. The harbor is right next door. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. It was really quiet so was nice to feel like I had the pool to myself. Tuk tuks always available and staff always happy and extremely helpful. If I needed any service, WhatsApp was answered quickly. :)

Lovely property - we had the best room on the top floor overlooking the harbour, the village and a vast amount of nature including peacocks, kingfishers, monkeys outside our room. Pool was lovely and staff very helpful. Tuk tuk driver at hotel to take us to Marissa (5 or sometimes 600 rupee) There were 88 steps to our room ( which was what we called the stairway to heaven🤣). Kept us fit and well worth the view all around us . Breakfast was lovely…… plenty and yummy

The best thing about this hotel are the staff who were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The pool was clean and the view is lovely. The rooms are comfortable.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, big room with a nice view. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. Walking distance to Mirissa beach, to Secret Beach and the fish harbour. Always a tuktuk outside the door, if you prefer not walking.

Absolutely not the hotels fault, but a peacock flew into a 4th floor window and smashed it, the glass feel down and damaged the windscreen of our car. Thankfully the manager took control and spoke to our hire car and insurance company and sorted everything out, so the minus became a massive plus!

We came to Marissa to go Whale Watching with Raja and the Whale, the hotel is ideally situated for this as it is only 10m away from their office on harbour Road. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming the room was light an airy and the roof top pool was gorgeous with a view of the harbour. We only had breakfast on one of the mornings (whale watching started at 6am and they gave us breakfast), and it was delicious, freshly made Roti, Rice & Curry, a real treat! The hotel is also right beside the path to the "Secret Beach" where we went and saw the most beautiful sunset. We had mentioned when it was booking that we were travelling in Sri Lanka for our wedding anniversary and when we opened the door to our room it had been beautifully decorated by the wonderful Enuka, it really made our day!

Fab location, at the end of Mirissa beach- can be there within 5min walk and views of Weligama beach. We left our sunglasses behind and they helped us get them at our new location! Thank you so much! Rooms are great size and great bathroom

Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing roof top pool, excellent breakfast, comfy bed, our room had a nice balcony. A bit outside of the city centre, but in a walking distance. Quite close to a smaller beach (secret beach). Very peaceful/calm/quiet hotel, we couldn't hear anything to our room even if we met many other customers at breakfast. Hotel is brand new and feels even a bit luxurious, can recommend!

Breakfasts are rather poor, when asked for the American breakfast option was served with only one boiled egg, that was it. Despite that, pancakes the other day were just excellent.

There is no lift in this hotel. it is walk able. but if you are with big bags it can be a problem, never the less the hotel staff are more than happy to help.
