Cell coverage is poor, but that's not hotels fault.

A nice, peaceful oasis on outskirts of town. Basic facilities, but comfortable enough. Small pool was a bonus.

Hotel needs to work on few things - swimming pool was below average with no shower or changing facilities. Room's toilet door was broken!

The internet wasn't good, I couldn't even use the Wi-Fi at all. my own data couldn't use because there's no coverage in the area. thats the only problem that I found.

This place is an absolute gem! It's basically a small resort. The pool is just awesome 😎 the water temp is just spot on. You can hide yourself in a shade next to the pool. Unfortunately not sunbeds are available but not a problem for me. The location is super quiet very good sleep here. But it's not far from the main road, shops and nearby is a fantastic restaurant with a huge garden. Wifi is working, hot water, toilet paper, AC, ceiling fan, so I'm very happy here! Just extended another night here 😃👍

Incredibly unpleasant experience; desk manager in particular seemed to enjoy causing conflict, at one point snatching an item from my hand so violently it broke - while I was trying to pay her. General manager secretly recorded me and refused to delete the recording. I was then told they record all conversations with guests, so be careful here. Very poor-quality and scarcely available food - mainly instant noodles. Multiple complaints to booking.com still unanswered. - Issues began as soon as I arrived. I rang the number on the booking.com confirmation and asked if food could be provided. The manager became immediately hostile, saying I had to text ahead to book food, and that my booking did not include meals or hot water. There’s no option on booking.com to book a room with a meal plan or hot water. When I pointed this out, and told the manager what he’d told me on the phone didn’t appear to be true, he called me a liar and to my horror, played the phone conversation we had had back to me. He had recorded the call secretly, without my consent. The desk manager confirmed they record all conversations with guests ‘as proof’. I was then told ‘my kind’ wasn’t wanted. When I checked out I was presented with two separate bills and thus needed to make two payments. The desk manager became incensed at this, screamed at me, and, inexplicably, threatened to call a company in the town to complain about me. I am not associated with this company, so this was particularly worrying. Staff refused to delete the recording.

very beautiful around the hotel friends. The welcome has been very nice. Manager and assistant manager very nice and polite and good respect. also the cleaning lady also very nice and respectful.👍👍👍👍👍 which is important for us who visit Tamil areas tamil girls are more sev defense protect themselves. We who visit the hotel must also respect everyone😁 I'm a Norwegian Tamil, I have a lot of travel experience, so the reason I recommend it to you is a very cozy area. The hotel has a guard so they are also very good, they are a bit older but they have a lot of experience I see 👍

There was nothing to mention as that was disliked. But if you could facilitate some tea coffee amenities, it world be much helpful to the guests as most of them are travellers.

This was our second stay in three months, since first experience was good we became repeat customers but only concerns is the price hike or doubled!
