this is the most amazing and magical place in Sri Lanka and the host is an absolute treasure. I loved every minute of it and will defienietly come back. It’s an offsite location, with a natural pool and waterfall. Thank you so much Mona for making our stay so special 🩷

The most beautiful jungle setting, beautiful natural pool to swim in, could spend at least a day in natural pool and waterfalls. Host is hugely accommodation and cooks amazingly to your preference and timing. Accessibility is hard but host goes out of her way with contacts etc to make it easier for you - we rented a tuk tuk and she had someone drive it out for us. I had irrational fear of insects but wanted to make the best of natural pool. Mona spent the morning sweeping already well kept path to natural pool to make me comfortable (I had no idea til after and did not request this!) Mona is amazing and provides a true family feel.

The owner was so kind and caring. I was not well and she checked on me and made sure I was well fed. The food was awesome. The swimming hole near by was nice for a jungle dip. The jungle surroundings were serene and peaceful. The road in was about 3kms of rockiness, our driver dropped us half way (due to being in a Toyota Prius) and the owner organised a tuk tuk to get us and our gear there.

Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the nature with a very friendly host. Next to the accommodation is a natural swimming pool with a lot of tiny waterfalls. You can also do a little hike to reach the source of the waterfall. And last but not least, the food is very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place!

A nice and cozy place , it is located by the river side with amazing waterfalls around , The room was more than excellent, very clean , wide space , and good bathroom with hot water. Nora , the owner was very kind and helpful, she offered us tea , coffe and water for free. She also make a very delicious breakfast . She walked with us to the waterfalls and this was amazing. Sure will come again 😍

The property is a homestay and Mona is an excellent host. We were treated like family and even though we had some difficulty reaching the location she followed our journey and sent someone out to guide us. When we arrived it was late but she still went out of her way to serve us a tasty local dinner and breakfast. The location is very remote and the natural pool with small waterfall on the property is something we enjoyed immensely. Thank you again for your hospitality and highly recommended!

access road, especially at night, not easy to drive (the map stops working, the road is bumpy) - fortunately, an employee came to pick us up on the last section and showed us the way

- amazing location in the middle of the forest - a stream and birds singing on the spot - an interesting experience with a bath in a stream (cool water but you could swim for a while) - friendly and caring service - we were supposed to arrive late so the owner offered to prepare dinner for us (the house is far from the town so there are no other options nearby)

Nothing it was perfect.

Before we even arrived they were very communicative. We ending up arriving late and they sent someone to meet us on the main road to guide us in. They made us a delicious dinner and even went to get us some beers after our long drive. At every opportunity they could not do enough for us. The surrounding area was absolutely stunning in the rainforest. Very peaceful, clean and a crystal clear waterfall to swim in. They arranged us the white water rafting which was also great. I couldn’t recommend more!

Su and Mona have been the perfect hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed two nights, one in their beach resort close to Negombo and one night as initially booked in the nature resort. Su and Mona supported us during our first days after arrival in Sri Lanka finding our lost backpack. Apart from this, they picked us up at the airport, shared a lot of local knowledge with us and even took us to a local event of their friends. The nature resort is a beautiful accomodation in the middle of the Jungle with a natural pool as our highlight. Another highlight was a hike thru the jungle led by Mona. She told us a lot about all the different fruits and plants which was super interesting.
