The property is like a jail it’s all locked up after 12 and homeless people sleep in doorways. The reception guy wouldn’t let me into hotel as he says it gets locked at midnight. The room was big and very comfortable but not a nice location

This Hotel does not serve you breakfast and also the places around this Hotel are not breakfast-worthy. Hence prepare to head out to a Mall or else-where to have your healthy breakfast served.

Room was spacious with a good WiFi. The location was great right in the middle of a busy street. Easy to find the Tuk-Tuks while you head out of the Hotel. Staff was friendly too.

Very helpfull staff. We had a flight in the night but could leave our bags at the reception and could even shower before going to the airport. Very spacious room with excellent wifi (after we asked them to turn it on) and good shower and ac. Nice and vibrant quarter where the hotel is located in. Good inhouse restaurant.

Mr Shanthakumar, the manager of hotel with his staffs are too much co-operative and Mr Shanthakumar is always ready to listen the suggestion from the tourists. The in-house restaurant is also good. The location of the hotel is also good. We enjoyed our stay.

We would have liked to have a kettle in the bedroom and we could not access the Wi-Fi but neither of these bothered us too much.

We liked the staff a lot. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom was overall very clean. The A/C and fan were essential because it was becoming very hot in Colombo. The location is vibrant and feels very authentic.

The room wasn’t ready, less than a half toilet paper roll, no Wi-Fi in the room and no towels. After telling the staff they fixed everything. But still not the best after a long journey.

Their staff told us to wait for the WiFi, which we waited for 3 days and there were none. The rooms are not very clean. We had hair in the shower. One of the toilet was not flushed. The floor in the room was dirty. They forgot so many things, no trash can, not towels, not toilet papers.

Facilities are new and nice. Water pressure is good and hot.

Suggestion - Some staff can be trained to smile and welcome.

The location is very convenient and the top view was amazing with 360 degree Colombo City View - The harbour Nelumpokuna structure etc. We visited on a full moon day so it was Fantastic to be on the roof top. The Manager Mr.Shanthakumar was very friendly and helpful.

Staff are a bit hard to deal with. Low English ability (I don’t travel expecting perfection, but they seemed to lack some basic hotel vocabulary). Even the Sri Lankan driver complained about them to me and he was speaking Sinhalese.
