For me as a solo female traveller I wasn't keen on the location and the scooter rental had none available and there was nothing to do in the area without some form of transport. The beach was lined with rubbish.

The guy who works there is so friendly and helpful. Offered to take me in his tuk tuk to the main road so I could catch my bus and to the shops incase I needed anything. Outdoor seating area. Close to beach

Need more consumable item for the room

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.

we booked here because it advertised “breakfast included for genius members” but when we asked there was no breakfast which was a pity, toilet roll and some sheet blankets would have been nice but we carry are own for when they are not provided!

perfect location right next to the beach, really good mosquito net, nice area to sit outside the room and there were some goats and chickens which were lovely to watch ! owners are friendly !

The owners of the guesthouse are really sweet. They help you if needed and the are in for a chat. The location is very close the the beautiful Nilaveli beach. Where also the locals looking for some swim pleasure. The Sri Lankan breakfast was very tasty and fresh from the land. We could really recommend this place if you are looking for some more quiet beach space and if you are in to some local experience.

Our accomodation was very nice! In the cottage is everything you need. You can rest on the terrace and see lovely squirrels which were walking and jumping on the trees. We could eat a delicious breakfast (try it!). The cottage is located close to the beach. It is close everywhere. If you take a boat from the beach you can see beautifill coral reef and fishes. Our hosts were very kind and very helpful. Don't hesitate to ask them about anything, they will help you for sure! I definitely recommend to stay in Gopalapuram Guest House! Thank you so much!

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and mattresses were simple but good enough to sleep. It is a really short walk to the beach and calm at night, beautiful palm tree and open space in front of the bungalow with air con. Nice white interior. The owners are really so kind, helpful and welcoming, we felt at home. The kids loved the two goats in the garden.
