We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LebanonThe property could definitely use some entertainment such as a pool table. The area is somewhat far from town so nothing to do there; it’s mainly a venue for weddings.
The hotel is very clean, spacious, and modern. the room is fantastic with a big bathroom and an excellent shower. The bed is so comfortable. Dinner at the Thai restaurant was outstanding, the portions were huge and the staff are all friendly. Unfortunately the breakfast should be better as it mainly consisted of Sri Lankan options and white bread with a choice of eggs, butter, and some type of strawberry jam that is totally unnatural. Any types of coffee such as a latte and fresh juices aren’t included in the breakfast price, only regular coffee with milk. There are no cheeses or vegetables nor any type of pastry offered so you’ll have to ask for them and even then, cheeses are all processed. That was quite disappointing for an upscale hotel whose night was the most expensive amongst those we stayed on our trip. We would like to thank Mr. Senska for his kind and helpful service throughout our brief stay 😊

OmanIt’s not up to the standard as a hotel. They may be good in banquets however need to uplift its game if they want to run it as a hotel. During the check in, my NIC was collected and handed over during the check out which is an old practice which is not legal nowadays (I believe) and Check in was not pleasant as we had to wait for sometime to get the baggages as there was a wedding function and the checking out took longer as there was no one at the concierge. There was a very helpful security officer who had to run here and there to find the responsible person for the bills and the bellboy to get our baggages from the rooms.
Its clean and comfortable.

Sri LankaThe room services are very poor and the numbers never worked. It took hours for the staff to bring us few coffee packets in the morning. Staff is anyway not so professional. Its good if the room had a mirror inside since we have to go to the washroom to reach the mirror. It was very disturbing. Hotel staff excluding the ones at restaurants are very irresponsible. specially who ever the person at reception. We wanted to accommodate our two drivers too for one night, and the receptionist confirmed that they can accommodate drivers too as they have driver rooms. But our two drivers have had a terrible night without sleep in the place that they have given. They have given a changing room of the security guards which was full of sweaty clothes and boots. it had been a mosquito filled place without even a fan. the bed even hadn't a sheet. So how okay, the hotel may look to the outsiders, if they don't have values and good practices and just running after money its not worth giving them more businesses. It was even a fairly expensive place and they need to be more responsible when treating their clients.When we complained, the person who picked the call told us he'll check and revert, and never called. If they told us that they cannot accommodate the drivers we could have found them a place to stay. Because at the end of the day, we all are humans. So we may never have a second visit to this place.
Food was so good, both dinner and breakfast. The Indian cuisine was amazing so as the Indian chef (Mr. Singh) who made the food. Breakfast had a huge variety and totally worth the money. Location too is quite decent and rooms are clean and nice.
