Amazing view on the nine arches, the best one in Ella. The host is fantastic too, great service, always available to bring you with his tuktuk to the city or wherever you want to go. Great breakfast on your own balcony with view on the 9 arches, what do you wish more.

This is the best view of the 9 Arches Bridge you will find in Ella! Very cute and cosy wooden cottage. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer, our host was wonderful and served us a full breakfast in the morning. He also picked us up from the train in his tuktuk as well as took us in and out of town for dinner.

Def would recommend to anyone. Location fantastic. Host fantastic and breakfast was amazing. Even had a lift to and from town in his tuk tuk! Would stsy again in a heart beat! ❤️

Exceptional!!! Really! We stayed for 2 nights and it was awesome. Besides the wonderful cottage and the stunning view, which makes it hard to even leave the place, you have an owner that goes far beyond the usual service. Breakfast on your balcony with fresh fruits and local specialities, he drops you to your street, he thinks ahead and brings you extra water. And the amenities are great ! would give 15/10 if possible.

This place has the most amazing view of the Nine Arches Bridge, we only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer to enjoy the scenery and hike in the area and the return to the tranquil views to chill, clean with everything you need even a small fridge Easy to walk to the bridge 2-3 minutes and in a peaceful area with a nice little bar just down the hill Upali the owner is soo helpful, he collected us from the train station, and also took us into Ella town centre in the evening and collected us again at no charge Upali bought a beautiful and plentiful breakfast to us in the morning 100% recommend this place to stay if you want the best view and be away from the hustle and bustle of Ella but with a few places to eat still close by

We regretted not staying longer than one night

This was the most amazing property of our visit to Sri Lanka.The view of the Nine Arch bridge cannot be beaten.The host is incredible and the breakfast superb.The host also took us into Ella in his Tuc Tuc and collected us when we wanted to return.He also organised driver and car to our next venue at a very good price

It's beyond the owners control, but something to be aware of. There are a lot of stray dogs around the bridge, and they howl thru the night.

If this place is available for your dates, BOOK IT NOW! If not, try to change your dates. It's worth it!He only has one room, and you wouldn't believe the 5-star hospitality, and view! When we arrived, we were blown away by the luxury that is provided compared to the price. Yes, it is more expensive than other homestays in Ella, and it is worth every single penny. We had our own car but really didn't want to drive back down after getting up the narrow, busy road. He took us to town for dinner and picked us up. On our second day, we just wanted to stay and watch the train and activity on the bridge and catch up on some work. The breakfast was massive! We were impressed by the fact that there were 3 electric outlets on the balcony. We were able to sit outside in the shade perched above the crowd and catch up on some business. We caught every single train that day on video, with a drone, or with photos. The first train at 6:20 am is the best chance to get some solo footage. If you stay here, you can wake up, get the shot, and go back to sleep. We were so caught up with work that we forgot to eat. The host came by and offered a ride to town for dinner. Since we didn't want to go, he ordered takeout and delivered it to us. The bed was so comfortable, and the hot water was some of the best we have had in Asia! Not only would I stay again, but I would live here!

Amazing view of nine arch bridge. Upali made everything so easy for us. Always available to take and pick us up from wherever we wanted and organising our transfer to our next destination. He also arranged birthday balloons, bunting and a cake for my boyfriends birthday which made it really special. Would highly recommend this place

the owner is really helpful to deliver our luggage from the main road to the room and driving tuktuk send us back to the main road when we leave. he also helped us to booking the local cooking class and drive tuktuk to pick us when we finish the dinner. the breakfast is also much better than our expectation.

Absolutely divine! Quality of services is amazing, they drop you and pick you up to the city for diner and whenever you want. The view and the quality of lodges are stunning. Very good breakfast as well. I can not recommend enough that place.

It was perfect!

The view is spectacular. The adventure of the Tuktuk followed by a charming stand alone room in the middle of the tea plants was unbeatable. It is out of town with an incredible view of the arches. But not to worry, it comes with an incredibly prompt free ride to the main road. There is a bar and food place just steps away but since there are only cabins total, it was very restful and secluded. The breakfast was over the top: fruit plates, yogurt, eggs, local dishes, coffee or tea and more! We were excited to walk down the hill and over the arches.

Amazing tree-house with the best views in Ella over the 9 Arch Bridge. The accommodation is a quick and easy tuk tuk ride into the center of town. The owner is super friendly and had excellent, proactive communication! He offers free tuk tuk rides form the train station upon arrival and back into down for dinner time. The bed was comfortable, great bathroom with warm water and the breakfast was delicious!

Incredible view from the balcony of the room, right above the nine arches bridge. Service by the owner is extraordinary. He takes care of everything, instantly. Location is not so easy to reach, but he is always ready to take you or pick you up with his tuk-tuk. Excellent breakfast served on your own private balcony. Very nice bathroom.

Everything was great.

The view from the balcony is amazing. It is lovely to watch all the action down below on the 9 arches bridge. It is a little remote but there is a great little cafe run by the same family just below the cabin for some food and drinks, if you don't want to go into town for dinner. Also the owner is extremely helpful, thoughtful and he will pick you up from the train take you into town and pick you up anytime. He is lovely and as a solo traveller, it felt completely safe there. Also I had an early pick up for a tour at 5.15am and the owner made sure that I rearranged an alternative pick up point because cars cannot access the cabin, only tuk tuks. He then took me at 5.00am to the meet up point in his tuku tuk and also packed me a breakfast. At the end of my stay he arranged for a car to take me to Mirissa for a good price. On my second day I was there for breakfast and it was fantastic. I totally recommend this cabin if you want to stay out of Ella town and have an incredible view of nature and the bridge.
