A realy lovely quiet boutique hotel a short tuktuk ride to the centre of Kandy. The room and lobby were great. We were initially concerned it would be hotelly - it is not. Both Mahindra and Ganesh were wonderfully welcoming and helpful taking our score from 9 to a solid 10.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Seemed more like a box spring as the coils were right at the surface. We were able to get an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad which helped.

A beautiful little hotel. The room was spacious and the common spaces very comfortable and welcoming. Bathroom was very nice. Staff were super nice and helpful. Location was great, very close to the lake on a little side street away from the street noise.

Great family room, actually a whole floor- one large room (double bed and single bed with an extra single bed on mezzanine,), another single room and bathroom- with a lounge area too. Felt like our own villa!

The hotel is close to the lake, but a bit far from all the main attractions. Because of the weather and the 20-minute walk, logistics weren't easy.

The hotel is in a beautiful house, and the main entrance and natural light are great. The rooms are also well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time sleeping there. The service is also super attentive

The deluxe double room is right off the kitchen so it was noisy starting around 6am with people talking and moving things around.

The interior courtyard are is really neat. There’s a koi pond where water comes through the roof in to the pond when it rains. The staff were kind.

It didn’t specify that the bathroom was next to the room but for us that’s a minor inconvenience.

Clean and spacious rooms with an AC that regulates well. The host is super nice, breakfast was good. Private parking. Location is walking distance from Kandy Lake and some nice dining options.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and the dining room was on the ground floor, so there were a bunch of stairs to climb every time we needed to step out.

The staff was very kind and friendly. We had to leave early so they packed some takeaways for our kid.

This was my first place once arrived in SL, and I felt immediately like at home. The owner organised everything for me, in one day the tuk tuk they called, showed me the best spots in the beautiful Kandy. They helped me also with everything I’ve asked. Breakfast was delicious and the place stunning. I can’t ask for more. This is the BEST place in Kandy, you will not regret and I’ll definitely come back!

The room bathroom curtain was a bit torn down.

Loved all the details from the arrival to the checkout. Welcoming members, nice fresh welcome drink, the room design and architecture of its entire building, nicely decorately arts and farnitures. Thank you very much for the fresh coffee in the morning.

Quite a bit away from from the center of Kandy

We read reviews prior stating that breakfast was excellent. It was fine/average. As it is a villa the rooms weren’t cleaned everyday. It’s a shame wee didn’t get to meet Rohitha, who was the one communicating with with us beforehand.

We really enjoyed the interior of the villa, it was beautiful. The place was very safe too and in a quieter part of Kandy, yet a quick tuk tuk ride away. The communication beforehand with the manager was excellent. They helped arrange a driver from the airport and the next day on some excursions. The driver, Gihan, was incredibly welcoming, and helped us with everything (picked up tickets for the train journey, took us to see various points of interest). We really enjoyed the time with Gihan.
