This place was amazing, I highly recommend it if you need to chill after you arrive to Sri Lanka or have an early flight!! The internet speed was perfect, I was able to work without interruptions. Owner gives you a beer upon arrival. There's a fish tank so you can get a massage from them. They provided breakfast, and I was also able to book dinner through them. And the drop off to the airport was smooth. It was the perfect place to end my travels in Sri Lanka

It was great to have aircon in the room but the temperature was a little Difficult to change, otherwise no faults!

Terin and his staff were very welcoming and accommodating, appreciated the pick up, beers and the SIM card. The breakfast was tasty and set us up nicely for the day. The accommodation was perfect for a one night stay close to the airport.

It is very clean. The milk tea in the morning is very nice. They picked up us at about 1:30 am at night. The hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport. Very nice place for a transfer night.

This place is exactly what you need if you arrive or leave Sri Lanka and you need to stay in Negombo to wait for your flight. It is straight to the point, good value, facilities were basic but comfortable, good AC, everything was clean, good breakfast, welcoming host. It's perfect. Free ride to the airport! Thanks a lot.

I would have liked to have filled out my travel details in the morning, after asleep, rather than being asked to on arrival at 4 am after an all nighter!

The breakfast was basic but good! The service was second to none! He helped us plan our whole holiday, recommended and provided a lovely driver. He picked me up from the airport at three am and sent us out to see Negombo via tuktuk! He was our first experience of Srilanka and he set us up for success!

Rather noisy as lots of travellers arriving & departing during the night. The accommodation, in pod-type huts, is very close together.

Location only 5 minutes drive from Colombo airport. Owners exceptionally kind - free welcome drink, free airport transfer by car in the middle of the night. Could provide meal if requested. Excellent value for money & a great place for a shower & some sleep before heading to the airport for a long flight.

it looked just like the pictures on booking it was like glamping at a music festival including a mini pool. teren picked me up from the airport within 10 mins of phoning him i got a welcome large beer and plate of fruit from the garden they dropped me off at the airport next morning. all included in the price the property was superclean the shower one of the hottest in sri lanka no mosquitoes teren and his team are friendly and helpful thoroughly enjoyed my stay

We were in a difficult situation, where we had to find a place to stay an extra night due to cancelation of flight. We chose a very cheap hotel, close to the airport, because of the price and we could stay until our flight also. The hotel we stayed in was so bad we had to leave after a couple hours. When we contacted the host, he said no problem about staying past checkout and even picked us up from the awful hotel we chose. The problem was on booking, it offered the room for 2 people for 12 dollars...we get there and he wants 12 dollars each. Now I book the room for 2 people through booking.com for 12 dollars. He then says no and its an issue on booking....this is a problem now for us because we did not want to spend an additional 24 dollars on top of what we just paid for our last hotel. As I couldnt cancel, he threatened to cancel the booking unless we paid. We ended up paying and enjoying our stay, but this was an issue on his part, and we should have been able to stay for 12 dollars and not 24. I still rated an 8/10 because it was an administrative error and he seemed genuinely surprised when we booked it right in front of him for 12 dollars for 2 people. Again lovely place and great hospitality, we just ended up in a bad situation, that we paid for.

We liked the host, he was friendly and nice, and all the staff were friendly also. The pool was also small but really nice as it was hot. The rooms were just how described with great A/C and a large TV. The host also let us stay longer than our check out time, for our flight later in the evening. The host also drove us to the airport, and picked us up from a nearby hotel
