Lovely family owned hotel, beautifully decorated and close to airport very comfortable for a noght stay after airport

Everything was perfect!

The hotel location is great. The staff are extremely welcoming and willing to help. They made sure we were comfortable and even helped us with airport transfers. We communicated with them via whatsapp and it was very convenient!

Lack of elevator/lifts. Although the bedrooms all have AC the main lobby areas do not which can get uncomfortable if you are waiting in the area. There are fans but not very effective in high humidity.

Good location close to restaurants and cafes within walking distance/short tuk tuk ride. Many halal food options on a main road near by. (Amra Leaf, Al Zam zam, Haseena as well as a few others) Friendly family who own and manage the hotel, always ready to give a helping hand. Arranged a tour of monkey Island which was hugely memorable and highly recommended. Our children enjoyed it thoroughly.

The only thing not to like is that it is one street away from the beach, but really isn’t a problem. It is roughly about 6-7 minute walk away.

Exceptional friendly staff! Kept waiting for us at the airport in the middle of the night while we were sorting or visa issue's and welcomed us warmly on arrival at the hotel. Saw that we were exhausted and offered us to eat breakfast an hour later and check out at 1 or 2 pm. Specially made breakfast for us when breakfast hours were already over. To finish things off they gave great advice how we should travel to Anuradhapura from there. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights before flying out from the airport. It was a lovely hotel, family run and everyone was very nice. They were able to do an airport drop off, which was convenient. There were large hotels in Negombo where you could pay a daily fee to use the pool.

The room is full of ants. The bed sheet is not clean they changed when we asked but next day they didn't change it even I asked them to clean the room. Don't expect much but it's was okay if you stayed 1 night.

Too warm bedsheets, bathroom is really hot since you can not close the windows or put the AC on. Balcony was full of bird poop and no welcoming details like chairs, flowers or something similar. Very basic hotel, for one night ok to go to the airport, but nothing special

We stayed the night before we were flying back as Negombo is so well situated next to the airport (20 min). Negombo itself is not great and beach is poorly maintained, but this hotel was perfect! Clean, friendly, well located to the local restaurants and easy to reach the beach for a walk before setting off to the airport. We would go back without any hesitation
