We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Jaffna heritage is located near the famous Murugan temple and offers tasty vegetarian meals. I like the peaceful and clean rooms with high ceilings and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. When in Jaffna I will definitely book Jaffna Heritage again.

CanadaWiFi was not good. For a significant portion of the stay, Wi-Fi internet connection dropped in our room, but worked in the reception and dining areas. The mattress could have been more comfortable. Also would have liked lamps on the bedside tables, so as to not disturb other occupant.
We liked the hospitality, friendliness and service of staff, the breakfast, location, cleanliness, the peaceful and calm atmosphere of the property.

SwitzerlandOur room rate was around 10% higher than what we had booked on booking.com - that is something that should not be. You also will find this mentioned in other comments. Here I am not talking about the extra price we paid for our driver, only our own accommodation. Driver accommodation price was average, but the breakfast for him was regular guest price.
The hotel would be a solid 8 but I subtracted 2 points for the pricing, but added one for the breakfast. So a 7! The rooms are spacious with a well working A/C (very important for Jaffna!) and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom, especially the shower, are on the older side. The bed is okay comfy and there is no mosquito net, although there were also no mosquitos when we were there. We brought our own net and that worked fine. The location is close to the main temple but quite some distance to the center. Our highlight was the breakfast, which was very local and absolutely delicious (no western breakfast, but it's also not necessary). Our favorite breakfast so far! One little downside is that the curries were often cold. The staff there is great and super friendly and helpful. Our driver couldn't stay for free so we paid for his accommodation and breakfast.

AustraliaBooked Jaffna Heritage Hotel for a short stay in Feb 2023. We had to check in during the very early hours of the day as we used public transport to reach Jaffna. Hotel Manager Wijekumara was very responsive and attentive from the moment we booked the hotel until we checked out. He made sure that everything(room/access and other amenities) was nicely arranged for us. We were quite surprised and very well impressed to see such wonderful service from the Manager and staff. Thank you so much Wije and hopefully, will be visiting in the future.
