As others have said - ‘a hidden gem’. Great views, amazing infinity pool, staff that are delightful and so helpful, tasty food and it is only minutes to the entrance to the National Park

An incredibly beautiful property perched above the Sinharaja rainforest at an accessible price

The room could have been serviced a bit during our stay, replace glasses, cups, towels, etc. We sort of had to do this ourselves.

Absolutely stunning location on the upper slopes of a valley in the rainforest with a wide expansive view. The most beautiful infinity pool looking over the trees with birdlife. Very kind team running the operation who are happy to help with anything. Food was great, especially in such a remote location. Incredible value for money. A short (complementary) tuk tuk ride to the entrance of Sinharaja Forest park.

This is a gem of a place. Magical. An old tea planters bungalow beautifully furnished and with stunning views over the forest. Delicious food and the pool was a joy.

The sheets and bed linen on the bed was used and dirty - strange - one other visitor has mentioned that earlier- but when asked the staff changed it quickly. The wifi only operates in the reception area and so it hampered my work in my room.

The location is indeed beautiful and quiet - keep it that way

The bedding in our room was not changed after the previous guests - it was stained and wrinkled... we had to take the bedding from the bed upstairs (it was clean there), The fridge was terribly dirty, The food was delicious, but expensive... unfortunately the owner takes advantage of the situation that there are no other restaurants nearby. If you fix the above, it will be heaven :)

Magic place !!! the hotel has an amazing atmosphere, very tasty food, nice staff

Because it rains heavily in the area, there is overall moldy feeling to the bungalow. Rooms, books etc everything has that mold smell to it so if you're allergic to that, wouldn't recommend going here

Breakfast was delicious and in good quantity. Swimming pool was great. Location is quite good and close to the Forrest entry. The staff will help with a drop to the Forrest. Lesith and the team hosted us very well, they met our dietary restrictions, packed us a nice breakfast for our hike. There's a lovely river nearby
