I may be nitpicking but--- The breakfast was good but it got a bit repetitive.. maybe some options could be offered.

A super and very large room with a lovely sit-out area. Thoughtfully furnished room- everything there and in the place you would expect it to be. A great pool. A great location- nature all around you and birds chirping and singing their hearts out. It's also close to the safari as well as the dam reservoir which is a decent small trip at sunset. Super help by the owner with the transport to the property and onward. And with the safari as well. Clear, concise and prompt communication gave confidence while planning the trip with kids. A nice restaurant- we loved the pork with coconut rotis and the dhal. And lastly, but very importantly, lovely staff. Always with big and genuine smiles and ever ready to help, they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Chanuka, Shamik and Nupun- they were exceptional.

Can’t think of anything!

Our rooms were clean, spacious and really comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a good shower. The pool was perfect. The food was always fresh and delicious. All the staff were wonderful! Chanuka, Nipun, Shamika and Chamika were all really friendly and helpful. They made our family’s stay very enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much!

They could have added amenities like soap, toothbrush, dental kit and hair dryer in the toilet sink area. This was not a real problem, but just a tip to improve.

Absolute serenity, nestled exactly in the middle of nature with spacious and inspiring ambiance! The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable! Their food and service were exceptional!

Nothing it was an excellent stay.

Fantastic, spotlessly clean, perfect for families. Wonderfully warm welcome, the friendliest hotel manager - he taught our children a Sri Lankan board game :) We had to leave previous accommodation early but they managed to fit us in a temporary room a night early at last minute - brilliant service. Great location for elephant safari and superb safari driver arranged for us - all at a very competitive price. The two bedroom apartment was really big with a lovely large terrace overlooking the jungle. Large excellent pool in v safe garden. We were sad to leave!

Perfect starting point for an Udawalawe safari. The safari was perfectly arranged by the hotel. Outstanding friendly staff. The owner has a great sense of hospitality!

This is a lively place, very well appointed in terms of the rooms that couldn't be faulted. Ideal place to go from to Udawalawe Park for safari. Nice pool to sit by and dip in, nice variety of menu to select from for lunch and dinner as well as the lovely breakfast. Staff, particularly Chanuka (hopefully spelt correctly) couldn't do enough for us.

Jungle Paradise is exactly what it's name suggests. It's so peaceful and beautiful and the staff are the friendliest. The location is 15 minutes from the entrance for safari. The food is really tasty and the rooms so quiet. We stayed for one night it was wonderful we could have stayed longer!

Super friendly, helpful staff and spacious rooms with balconies perfect for bird watching. The curry dinner was delicious and breakfast also. Visiting The Elephant Sanctuary is a must.

One of my favourite places I have ever stayed in! Basically in the middle of the jungle. The staff were so so nice & helpful. The room size was massive & facilities were great - lovely pool & able to have drinks by the pool. The food in the evening was fantastic too! We had a safari planned very early the next morning & the staff made sure that we had a coffee & some toast beforehand and when we returned we had a full breakfast.

Pool could have been cooler but might just be the sun!!

Awesome room with balcony over looking jungle. spacious/ clean bathroom. Good bed and comfortable. Provided water, insect repellent, tea coffee in room. Air con was great and much needed. Good pool (warm) with shower outside. Lovely staff- super proactive helping us with travel and to and from the hotel, and organising our safari and even a breakfast box to take along! Brilliant location 15 mins from entry. Perfect for 1-2 nights depending on your safari timing.

A peaceful location, ideally placed for visiting the Natural Park. The team who work there are incredibly helpful - special mention to Chanaka and chef Shamika, but they were all good. Rooms were spotlessly clean, food was good and the pool was very welcome.

The property is nestled in the jungle close to Udawalawa National Park, approximately 10 mins drive. The pool was heated and very relaxing. Rooms are big and with a private balcony. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you need to order lunch or dinner is best to let them know a few hours ahead.

Only a one night stay so all was great but would have liked a blanket / extra sheet. Shower wasn’t brilliant either but pretty minor.

Fantastic communication from the beginning. Incredibly friendly from arrival, nothing was too much. Also organised our tuc-truck trip to the elephant transit and an excellent early morning safari the next day. Lovely pool.

Amazing place to stay with great coffee, a nice pool and clean rooms with a nice balcony. The food is very tasty and they offer good wine. They organized an amazing Safari Tour with Dushan who is a great guide with profound knowledge. In the park he even picked up some trash. Will for sure come back, thank you so much! 🙏🏼☺️

Amazing staff, Lovely and good quality cottages, safari car and guide was good quality and there were loads of elephants. A great place to visit for adults and kids. The staff simply made us smile every day 🙏

Not the hotels fault but the safari was overcrowded with jeeps, the hotel should encourage guests to do safari in one jeep to reduce disruption to the animals and pollution. We would have happily shared the 8 seater jeep with another couple had we known this was an option. We did experience a power cut but it didn’t last for longer than 45 mins.

Small hotel; only a few rooms so felt relaxing and not overcrowded. Bedroom was large, clean with a great balcony, safe is an added bonus (rare in Sri Lanka). Lovely pool with sunbeds and towels available. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Coffee was available from a proper coffee machine rather than instant which was a nice surprise for coffee lovers

Warm welcome by the host from the moment we arrived. Excellent coffee, which was rare to find in Sri Lanka! The room, the tranquility and the pool were all fantastic.
