It's not directly in the center of the city, but easily reachable by walk, bus or Tuktuk.

Very friendly host. Nice room, great breakfast, eben in the balcony. Host was also very helpful with things to do in the city and organizing transport and even helped me to find the right bus for my next destination. Very close to train station.

There was nothing to dislike.

You have to look beyond the state of the road and side road in which this property is located. Once you are off the street, this is a lovely hideway, comfy large room, with decent shower. The owner was so friendly and helpful and would do anything for you. I asked for a kettle in the room so I could make my own tea, and he provided one. I asked for a knife to cut cake I had bought, and he provided it along with plates. The breakfast was amazing. The best breakfast we had the entire trip around Sri Lanka and we had some good breakfasts. So much food. Fruit platter each that would feed at least 2 people each plate, an omelet, yoghurt, toast, jam, coffee. My husband asked for some sri lankan food and he had it. In fact when we went on our travels to next place, Sultan provided us with food to take with us. His tuk tuk driver, can't remember his name, was good and reliable and ferried us everywhere. We were really happy with our stay here. Located a little out of the main town, but easy enough to get in and out via tuk tuk in approx 10 mins.

I liked this place so much, I decided to extend my stay for 2 more days! Fresh air and breakfast at the balcony also made this place a great choice. The owner was very helpful and honest so I hired his friend as my tuk tuk driver to explore Kandy and beyond. With so many great reviews already, I will definitely have to book this place early next time.

Simple yet cozy and very very clean. Perfect for a One Night stop before you go on the Train to Ella.

5-10 min walking distance to railway Station and 15 min to sacred Temple. Within City Limits yet in the middle of a calm neighborhood. Very friendly Hosts and everythibg is very clean.sehr freundliche Hosts, we enjoyed the Swing at the entrance and the lovely tea we received as welcome greeting..

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. It took around 40 min to walk to the center.

The room was very clean. There is a laundry service (washing machine in hotel), which they also allow you to do it yourself. The owner and his family were very supportive. The breakfast was an extra and very fulfilling.

Really good hotel! A little outside of Kandy city center (so away from the hustle and bustle of the city) but at a more than reasonable distance. The room was good, clean and had everything you needed. Nice breakfast, and not too expensive!

I didn't have AC and my room was hot even with a fan, but it was OK for the price

Perfect place to stay for one night in Kandy. The house is beautiful and the doors in my room opened onto a beautiful balcony. The hotel is on a quiet street so it is easy to sleep. Staff are super friendly and breakfast was excellent.
