Kandy Garden Villa is a good place to stay. Worth for the price. Their service and facilities are very good. Highly recommended. 🙂🥰

Our room didn't have an outside window, but don't let that put you off. The ceiling is high, the french doors open onto an inside corridor with good light. There are skylights in the room and with the high ceiling the room feels spacious. I was worried about the lack of view but it really wasn't a problem.

Nice place, walk to the lake. Very quiet location but right in the city. Manager was really helpful with our enquiries. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good. There's a garden where breakfast is served. There's a lounge area upstairs where the rooms are, with a lounge and table and chairs, so room to spread out to relax.

Owner ( two brothers) and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Felt very comfortable while hanging around there for the two nights.

The bedsheets and pillows were off-white and the wooden table had a plank missing. The drawer handle was broken as we tried to open it. There was no hot water too.

The location was convenient, breakfast was included and was yummy. The room was spacious, there was a fan, AC , hairdryer, and the washroom was clean. They were kind enough to give us morning tea. Overall the place was very satisfying as we were able to sleep really well

Set in a lovely peaceful setting. Loved the outdoor, covered communal seating area. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Kandy Lake is about a 10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this place.

The value for the money is unbeatable. The quality of the rooms and the inclusion of breakfast is quite superb. The rooms were spacious and clean, albeit a bit old but for the money you pay you really can't complain. The breakfast was also great and the staff was really accommodating.

I guess they need to think about the cleanliness. Time to throw away the towels, bedsheets and pillow cases. Some pieces are falling down. It is better to throw away stained bedsheets and also the old pillows. No one wants to sleep on unknown stained beds.

As always Sri Lankans. They are friendly and looks after all needs. The breakfast was delicious. And the place was great as it is not far away from the town.

We didn't like the humidity smell in the room. WIFI didn't work in the room. Bedsheets were not clean.

You get a lot for the price you pay. The room is big, beds are comfortable, the breaksfast is ok. They provided clean towels and shampoo. When we requested for an early breakfast there was no problem. Overall is a good stay for someone who is traveling on a budget.

Beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood! For a good price you get comfortable room (without window) and a really great breakfast. What more do you need on your Lanka tour? Yes! Helpful, but distinguish staff. Here they are!

We missed something like a balcony, to relax a bit. There is a small relaxing place in the restaurant, but if you want a more private place to relax it is missing.

The staff is really friendly and always willing to help! We stayed with a little kid and the staff was really friendly to him. Also very close to the lake and a short drive to the city center, but you don’t hear the sounds of the city.

They consider the change rate as 330 Rupees for 1 USD, which isn't right, change rate in the meantime is around 294, so this is the negative thing about this location. The breakfast was really basic, even for the price that I've paid
