we got dinner included but dis not eat it. marinada pasta was sweet and spicy ( like bbq)and the fish and chips came burnt, despite we didn’t even touched the dishes they took the dishes without asking why we didn’t eat

Everything was fine and the only thing I can say to be improved is the quality of the fruit juices and the Continental breakfast. My daughter is vegan and had not much choice besides the Sri Lankian breakfast was to spicy for her.

very friendly and competent staff, helped us with any suggest we had. Large room with phantastic view and a big bathroom with all you need. Wifi was excellent. We recommend the Tuk Tuk service by the Hotel. Was a little bit more expansive than Pick Me but the service was much better. It takes about 8 minutes to the city center by Tuk Tuk and you get a quiet and relaxing Hotel. If we will go to Kandy again this is our choice for the next stay.

It was our best hotel during our vacation in Sri Lanka. Very clean and beautiful room. We also got a driver from the hotel (Miguel), he is the best driver we had!! He knows so many good places in Sri Lanka and he is so kind

The slope to the hotel caused a few issues for our driver. It's a little out of town so you just eat and drink there.

Parking was a bit difficult but I guess that is the same for all properties on the hill.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was great. AC had many options which made finding a suitable one easy. I only stayed one night so didn’t really see much else of the hotel.

The staff were so friendly, the room was gorgeous and they ensured we had the room requested upon booking which was much appreciated. The view was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location too with easy access to town and to restaurants. Breakfast was a great selection of food and really tasty. We loved our stay!

Needs some more Sri Lankan choices on menu

Kandy Hills was a lovely place to stay for our 2 nights in Kandy. Everything was clean and comfortable, with staff welcoming us. We had dinner one night and breakfast, and both had good offerings and choices. Kandy Hills is approximately a 15-minute walk into city but definitely a tuk tuk ride back, especially with children, as mostly uphill. Thanks for a lovely say. I would definitely recommend booking here to stay with family as nice not being totally in city.

15 minute walk to the centre of Kandy. No twin room was available for us when we arrived. No swimming pool.

Ice cold face cloths on arrival were delightful each time we arrived at the hotel reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Omelettes were very tasty at breakfast. Room was serviced during the day time and fresh towels supplied. Balcony had a nice view of Kandy. Excellent facilities & accommodation for our driver. Near some nice restaurants with great views for dinner.

A member of staff at the hotel arranged an expensive tour for us. The tour guide was very nice but clearly not very experienced. We wouldn’t have minded but the member of staff said they were highly recommended tour guides and that was why it was more expensive.

Large clean rooms, good bathroom facilities. Great buffet breakfast with spectacular view of the city. Good location in relation to the city.
