Excellent hotel with a very good breakfast and big clean rooms. Also the hotel driver named Michelle was very nice, polite and helpful, took us for a day tour sightseeing with his van and for a very good price. I totally recommend him!

Amazing place worth every last penny. The staff are super professional and friendly, you are greeted with an ice cold towel with aromatic oil scents, which was mega refreshing. Rooms are huge and bathroom had an amazing view of the city!

If I had to give feedback, I would say the breakfast could have been better.

This hotel is in great conditions. The room is clean, bathroom is spacious with great water pressure, bed is big and what's better is that it has a great view. Staff is very helpful with everything. Wifi coverage is great and smart TV is available in the room.

Exceptional customer service. Our flight got delayed, we arrived at 4:30am and the staffs waited for us, like.. that was very sweet of them to do so. Breakfast was always the reason we got out of bed, especially the local Sri Lankan brekkie. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Shower needed a bit of time for it to be hot but nothing to complain about. Get them to call Michel and Roshan to give you a tour around Kandy. They’re honest, kind, and nice people who don’t need any form of navigation haha. Super impressive really. We thought we’d only need a driver for one day and we ended up asking Michel to send us back to Colombo. Highly recommended. Will come back again! P/s: We can’t wait for the new swimming pool too!

We were very happy to be greeted with a cold towel and fresh juice on arrival, and we were blown away by the size of our room and beautiful views! Immaculate hotel with excellent service, one of the best properties we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka.

Unfortunately the night we stayed there was a festival in Kandy and there was banging noise past midnight which affected our sleep. Management were very sweet and offered us a discounted buffet breakfast, so this is not a negative but just a note.

Great value for money, staff were friendly and greeted us with cold towels and a refreshing juice. Manager and reception staff were very accommodating. Everything was up to standard and great value for money.

we got dinner included but dis not eat it. marinada pasta was sweet and spicy ( like bbq)and the fish and chips came burnt, despite we didn’t even touched the dishes they took the dishes without asking why we didn’t eat

Everything was fine and the only thing I can say to be improved is the quality of the fruit juices and the Continental breakfast. My daughter is vegan and had not much choice besides the Sri Lankian breakfast was to spicy for her.

very friendly and competent staff, helped us with any suggest we had. Large room with phantastic view and a big bathroom with all you need. Wifi was excellent. We recommend the Tuk Tuk service by the Hotel. Was a little bit more expansive than Pick Me but the service was much better. It takes about 8 minutes to the city center by Tuk Tuk and you get a quiet and relaxing Hotel. If we will go to Kandy again this is our choice for the next stay.

The slope to the hotel caused a few issues for our driver. It's a little out of town so you just eat and drink there.

Parking was a bit difficult but I guess that is the same for all properties on the hill.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was great. AC had many options which made finding a suitable one easy. I only stayed one night so didn’t really see much else of the hotel.

The staff were so friendly, the room was gorgeous and they ensured we had the room requested upon booking which was much appreciated. The view was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location too with easy access to town and to restaurants. Breakfast was a great selection of food and really tasty. We loved our stay!

Needs some more Sri Lankan choices on menu

Kandy Hills was a lovely place to stay for our 2 nights in Kandy. Everything was clean and comfortable, with staff welcoming us. We had dinner one night and breakfast, and both had good offerings and choices. Kandy Hills is approximately a 15-minute walk into city but definitely a tuk tuk ride back, especially with children, as mostly uphill. Thanks for a lovely say. I would definitely recommend booking here to stay with family as nice not being totally in city.
