Location was absolutely perfect close to the beach and all the little restaurants and fun spots . Kingsley Hot Pot food was delicious and so reasonably priced. The family are so kind and welcoming I highly !! recommend this this homestay.

No A/C so was warm on one night but there was fans

Wow - what an amazing place to stay. The family were lovely, thank you to the 3 boys who cooked us breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, make sure you eat there! The accommodation is spacious and lovely. We got a welcome drink on arrival too. The accom is perfectly located for Hiriketiya beach, a 2 minute walk away

Really friendly family, lovely bright bedroom, really tasty and big breakfast. 5 minutes to the beach. Your own private garden where you can have breakfast and watch the monkeys coming by. Little things like washing lines to hang wet stuff and an additional mosquito net on the bedroom window for ventilation were much appreciated.

Very good value for money, 2 separate bedrooms of good size and very clean... The beds are comfortable A fridge and a kettle are available! The hosts are very welcoming and friendly They have a very small restaurant right next door where the food is delicious at a very affordable price. You can go there with your eyes closed 😉

We really loved staying here. The whole family is so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, Kingsley changed the breakfast everyday, so we could try nearly everything they have on the menu in their restaurant next door. One of the nicest spots in hiriketiya, thanks a lot! We can definitely recommend this home stay!🙏

Everything was perfect!

This has been my favourite place to stay at so far during my travels in Sri Lanka! Perfect location just a short walk away from surf! Rooms and clean tidy and stay cool during the day! Cute little garden to relax and read a book in during the day! The family are so lovely and helpful!! Breakfast is amazing as well as dinner and lunch! Such a cute place wish I could have booked more nights! Will definitely come back thank you so much!

The place is really nice, private space outside where to chill. Spacious and clean room with everything you need inside. Kingsley’s family is lovely , they cook really good food and they are so kind and helpful with all your needs. Hoping to come back soon ! Definitely the place to stay if you are in Hiriketiya. Kingsley is a lovely host, makes you feel at home. He will surprise you at breakfast with something delicious and if you want to chill on sunbeds at the beach you won't pay as Kingsley is friends with the workers. Really nice and comfortable room and the location is perfect for surfing at Hiriketya

We had such a wonderful time at Kingsleys place so we extended our stay twice. Kingsley and his family's are such lovely and heartwarming people and we felt welcome and at home from the first moment we arrived. We got the most delicious breakfast every morning and we ate the best curry and coconut pancakes we had in Sri Lanka at Kingsleys place. Thank you family Kingsley for making our stay so wonderful.

It was such a warm welcoming place. Such a kind & friendly family. The appartment was very clean & comfortable with a very nice garden & outdoor shower that we loved, especially after the beach which is very close by. Kingsleys kitchen is special & deliscious. There is nothing we did not like. People here live simple, happy and so should we as tourists too. The place has everything you need, and the breakfast is exceptional. You are surrounded by nature and jungle. The only thing we can improve is to smile as much as they do.

We spent till now 5 weeks at Kingleys place. COming and going, on and off. It is always our first choice. Kingleys family made us feel like home. We were never hungry. Kingsley and his family, they are all good cooks. The breakfasts exceed any expectation and are fabulous. A real Sri Lanka experience. The space has everything you need and it is one of the cheapest places around here. Kingsley also has famous rice and curry you can preorder for the evenings and during season people have to reserve 2 days before. The best experience we had in Sri Lanka and we will definitely be back again.

The moment we had to leave... had tears in my eyes ... (but even then, Kingsley prepared and packed us a few freshly made rotis for our bus ride)

location is awesome (2mn from the beach) Kingsley (the owner) is super friendly with a super good vibe. He will do everything so that you feel good and have everything you need. The breakfast and the food of his restaurant was amazing. I highly recommend booking this place, one of our best memories in Sri Lanka thanks to this lovely family !
