Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The hotel is an outstanding, very spacious and perfectly maintained building. It has an amazing terrace with the view on the Kandy’s surroundings. The rooms are big, clean and very nice. Overall it is peaceful and calm which is all that one needs after the visit of Kandy city. The breakfast is delicious. And the owners are extremely kind and helpful! We loved staying there!

The Ants everywhere throughout the property, though the staff tried their best to address it. Despite this minor inconvenience, we highly recommend this Guesthouse for a relaxing getaway.

Our two-night stay in this beautiful villa was a peaceful escape with stunning views and friendly staff. The location, though secluded, offered serenity and a good night's sleep. The view from the hill is really nice. Sunrise on the terrace where we had breakfast was amazing. The breakfast itself also very tasty especially the Sri Lankan omelette. Staff is very friendly, too.

Speed of Wi-Fi could have been a bit better

Good stay with a space reception area and terrace with the scenic view. Great value for money. Important to note that property is uphill and you definitely need a Tuk Tuk to get up/down the city.

Very peaceful location. Bird song and an evening swarm of giant fruit bats (flying foxes) entertain. The kindest and most generous of employees help out. Cannot say enough good things about them. Would use again!

We came to Kingsman after having climbed Adam's peak and it was such a great decision as we felt pretty much at home and were able to relax and rest in a beautiful place but also enjoy everything Kandy has to offer. The room was really well equipped, with very comfortable beds and amazing shower. The view from the hotel was super nice as it is in the hills so very green :) There is a big shared terrace where you can chill and where we spent a lot of hours playing games or would also do yoga. The breakfast is delicious and is served in a patio which is sooo nice!! And the staff is really lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

The accommodation is a little secluded and difficult to drive/tuk tuk up the extremely steep hills. Not an issue but careful if you have mobility issues. WiFi doesn't work in the bedrooms and only accessible in common areas. Though clean, the showers in sri lanka don't seem to be ventilated well so tend to be a little moldy.

Beautiful new building renovated 2 years ago. Staff are exceptional and take every opportunity to make your experience enjoyable. Breakfast is lovely and set outside in the courtyard that is pretty and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

We booked a deluxe room with a view, we got a nice view of the next door neighbours wall, but the beautiful view out of the veranda was only a few steps away so why worry.

Tea in the garden and sitting on the veranda in the evening soaking up the view. The main man was very helpful and made a great cup of tea and his breakfast’s were excellent.

Lovely house with a gorgeous terrace and comfy beds. The showers are hot, and the staff are lovely. Great location - walk into candy city in 15 minutes but away from the hustle and bustle. They organised our tuktuk’s for us too!

The breakfast was amazing, it was a mix of Sri Lankan dishes and an omelette. The Sri Lankan dishes were the best and the view from the hotel is just breathtaking. We stayed in the room downstairs which was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay.
