Quiet relaxing

All good!

We had a great stay at Kolition Villa. We planned to stay for 1 night and extended to 7 days. The rooms are clean and the view at the ocean is beautiful, especially when you wake up. It’s very quiet, still you reach good restaurants within a few minutes. The famous Smoke and Bitters is just a 1 min walk. To the beach you need 5 min. WiFi works well and the host is very nice.

The wifi didn’t work well the first few days, I don’t think it was the villas fault, even my data plan didn’t work well in the location. It worked much better the last day and a half so it’s probably fine most of the time.

I liked being in between Dikwella beach and hiriketiya beach, very close to both. The room AC was good and the room was comfortable. Suri and his family were so kind and helpful. Suri helped us arrange a day trip to Yala and helped us with transport when we needed it.

We only spent one night here & were lucky enough to book the last room they had left. It was small & tight for 2 people + luggage, although all we could get so no worries on that front. I’m sure there are bigger rooms. Staff were helpful & fine. The location is perfect !

Nice Villa with Nice Family! Air condition Works and Moskito net is Great. Its perfectly between dikwella Beach and hiriketiya Beach. Surfing in hiri, Swimming and chillig is better in Dickwella. You have a private fridge Thats Great!

I stayed at the property for 3 nights and had everything I needed. The owner is very kind and always available to help. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with a companion or alone.

There wasn't anything we did not like about the property.

Lovely and clean room provided, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The host was super friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Situated in a perfect location inbetween Dickwella and Hiriketiya beach, it was convenient to explore the surrounding area. The bed was notably comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a day of adventures. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly accommodation.

It is very well mantained and nice accomodation. We stayed in a room with balcony with sea view and we loved it. The host is very nice and helpful man and you can really rely on him to help ypu with anything. He was the best host we had on whole Sri Lanka trip.

Great location right between Hiriketiya and Dickwella beach. Owner is very helpful and always smiling guy willing to help you in all cost. Room was very clean and you ask whenever you need cleaning or fresh towels. Its was one the best rooms we experience here in Hiriketiya! Thank you for having us ❤️

Nothing to dislike

Location was great for Hiry and Dikwella beach. Our room was very small, however perfect for our night stay. Clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Not forgetting to mention the beautiful resident cat!

The bathroom was separate to my room. But it was very clean and only used by me.

As soon as I arrived I felt at home. Run by a husband and wife, with Nana too. Luvly balcony.gorgeous old furniture, AC, fan, net. All was good. I think if you are solo female you will feel good here. Very close to the pretty Dikwella beach, and Smoke and Bitters, plus local restaurants.

There is a room in the middle of the house which feels like living in a thoroughfare. Make sure you don't get this room.

The first and second floor of a free standing bungalow have rooms, most rooms are lovely.

The position of the villa is between two nice beaches. Both can be reached in 5 minutes. The room was big and bright. In the room there is a fridge and I was happy to use the kitchen in the other house to make my own coffee and some meals. Suri is a good host. I would recommend this villa.

Beautiful hotel with quality fittings and fixtures. very clean and neat all around. specially the host Nalani is a charming lady and very helpful. she made me morning coffee everyday even though it is not included in the booking. highly recommend this place for any one want a clean and quite room.

The owners were really nice and helpful. It is well located between Dickwella and Hiriketiya beaches both being a 5 minute walk. It’s nice that there is a little kitchen available to use. There is also a nice sitting area in the garden.

there was a problem with the water and the amazing owner arranged us a different hotel in the same price and paid for a driver to take us there! didn’t see the room but very nice, honest kind people and I’m sure it’s an amazing place!
