I have trouble with finding the right words to describe this little piece of heaven. Everything was absolutelly amazing. Staff, garden, villas, food, swimming pool. There are 3 villas that can accomodate 2 people each, so even travelling with friends/family you all have privacy. There's also shared villa with swimming pool, table, sun beds, hudge sofa, kitchen, coffee machine, fridge...name it :) The staff stays on the property, but we've never felt our privacy was invaded in any way. They can prepare you a meals just for the cost of groceries - I recommend this option, food was amazing. You can also ask Kelum to book massage for you. The stay was worth the price!

Unforgettable. Impressed with how helpful the staff was. It is a secret paradise in weligama. Huge, individual houses, great infinite pool. Every morning we had a company of a peacock. The manager also arranged a massage in the villa for us with an extra charge which was a nice experience. Totally recommend!!

The villa is gorgeous! It is more beautiful than the pictures, paradise of tranqulity and style! We have no words to describe the beauty of the place and can't be more impressed by the service. Kelum was so helpful and supportive and helped us to solve any problem.We recommend this place with all our hearts and we definitely plan to come back! The villa is not far way from everywhere,you can reach easy all places of interests by taking tuk tuk on reasonable price.If you prefer to eat in the villa it is possible to have there lunch or dinner prepared for you. The rooms are separated villas in the huge garden and are perfectly furnished with there own private patios. All the stuff is there for you, very friendly and supportive. One of the children was ill and Kelum helped us to reach the hospital, no matter it was New Year that day! No words to say thank you!

I can't really think of anything I didn't like.

The Villa is simply stunning, the attention to detail exceptional. Set in beautifully laid out and well kept grounds, the three sleeping villas and the main living and dining area are all comfortable, clean and attractive spaces. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food they prepared was delicious. Our family of seven had the most relaxing stay imaginable. I can't recommend Kumara Villa highly enough.

Where to start... This villa absolutely blew us away, and even though its looks incredible in the pictures, they don't do it justice! There are 3 separate self contained villas within the property, but no need to fight over the rooms, as each one is amazing! We actually stayed here on our honeymoon, so we had the choice of all three. However, our favourite place was the pool pavillion, where the huge private pool and kitchen is located. The pool, like the rest of the property, is set in a stunning location and is surrounded by trees, so you have unlimited privacy, and the treat of seeing monkeys swinging past through the trees. No need to use the kitchen in the pool pavillion however, as there are excellent chefs in the villa, and the food was incredible and charged at local costs for the goods only, which works out at incredible value for money, especially considering the quality. Kelum and the team were amazing, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable, and helped us get anywhere we needed. Kelum and the owner also helped my wife arrange a surprise romantic meal for me. We experienced the occasional power cut, although I understand that this was a Sri Lanka problem and not the Villa. However, Kelum and the team were quick to get some torches etc to us while getting the generator started, and while waiting we were able to see fireflies dancing in the trees opposite. This is by far the most luxurious place we have stayed, and it was an experience staying here on its own. It was definitely worth the money, and we'd stay again in a heart beat. Stop thinking about it - book it now- you won't regret it!

Unfortunately Sri Lanka is passing a massive fuel and economic crisis. This produces several power cuts multiple times per day. The house doesn't have a power generator so the air-conditioning didn't work several hours during the day and night (humidity is very high) and there were no Wi-Fi connections. There should be more menu choices and complementary food during the day (fruit for example). Exclusivity is a concept that involves more than an exclusive house (not so exclusive because there are employees there during day and night so you are never alone), so there should have also exclusive offers to the guests as food, drinks... Breakfast needs to be improved.

Amazing villa with stunning views. Wild life around with monkeys, peacocks, squirrels... Pool is fantastic as the villas (beautiful decorated, spacious and very confortable) Staff is very friendly and ready to please

There is nothing you couldn’t like!

This house is amazing!! Every couple had his own small house with a bathroom and with a lot of extras ( safe ,training mat, coffee,tea,umbrella…) But our favorite spot was in the house with the beautiful pool.There is also a great kitchen in the middle with NESPRESSO coffee ,our first good coffee in the mornings in sri lanka thank you for that a lot!! The nature around the property is stunning and the gardener make a great job. The hole staff in Kumara take really good care of us and cooked us great meals and of course the great breakfast .We are more then a month in Sri lanka this was the cleanest accomodation we had so far great job! Thank you we will be back :)
