Great place with a pool and lovely restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable with great air con. The staff are lovely and helped us organise our hike. Location and price also great.

We loved the fact that this property was just off the main road, which meant we could really enjoy the sounds of birds without the sounds of tuktuks and cars competing. And then it was just a 3mins walk to the main road where we could enjoy cafe and restaurant life in this small village. And a perfect location to walk to the rocks - about 15mins.

Good location, easy to walk to town or restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful for organising tuk tuks etc. Pool looks great but we didn’t have time to use. Modern rooms.

This resort is stunning, The grounds are beautiful, staff are super friendly and have great advice about the local attractions and what to do/avoid. Rooms spotless and great water pressure in the showers. Beds super comfy. Offered bug spray at dinner, and food was great. It was even better than the pictures show

Shower water pressure was dodgy a couple of times, but nothing too bad.

Excellent staff, any problems we encountered were taken care of swiftly and professionally. Fantastic service, everyone genuinely did everything they could to make sure we would have the best time.

Lovely rustic property with modern comforting bed and room. Very clean. Lovely pool. Quiet surrounded by nature and 5 minute walk to Lion Rock entrance. Has own restaurant but walking distance to others. Lovely breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

The staff was super nice and helped us with every question we had. The pool was really clean and directly in front of the rooms in a really green garden where you could see different animals. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty.

When u arrived at La Dolce Vita, everything is calm and relaxing, as you are await from the main road. From the airport pick up with Madu to the warm welcome of Sura and his help during our stay. The pool is big and clean. Only 5 rooms now so it’s pretty quiet :) Ask for a Srilandais breakfast! We took Madu for one day trip to The Ancient city of Polo and he spotted an elephant taking a bath on a lake.

The room smelled bed and the towers even worse. The water in the pool was cold. No fridge in the room. Very simple room, with no wardrobe or something where you can hook your clothes. He did't let us to pay the accomodation in dollars at the booking price unless he transformed the dollars in rupies at a highest rate and then transform the rupies in dollars again at a lower rate 🤯

I like this concept with a nice garden, a good restaurant and rooms with terrace facing the pool. Pretty close to the city central and main attractions: Lion's Rock and Pidurangala.
