Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Suitable location for our short one-night stay in Colombo, as it is close to the city mall, and we wanted to do some last minute shopping. The street in front is quite dark and the front door not so appealing, but inside everything is neat and working. We had to leave very early in the morning for our flight, so they even arranged packed fruit for breakfast.

ItalyIt is a wonderful place! The room is nice and clean. We had a balcony overlooking the city where we sat at night. We had a minifridge, tea and coffee, and a kettle.the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There was the flat screen tv. The bathroom had toiletries and good pressure in the shower. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooftop pool was clean and overlooking the town. There was also a sunbathing area and a lounge. We had free parking.

United KingdomThe quote for the transfer to to Airport at 6,500 SLR was double the taxis price we organized via Pickme. The special personal attention you receive in the smaller BnB establishments was missing but this is a small hotel which is run accordingly
The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with fruit, toast and spicy SL omelette , tea or coffee. The pool a great bonus in the heat. Rooms lovely clean with working AC. Everything was great as you would expect in a small hotel Thankyou

Smart, well furnished room with a great terrace. The small rooftop pool and sun deck were very welcome on a hot afternoon. Note: the hotel doesn't look like a hotel from the road but once you are inside it is nice.

Had the pool to myself for 2 days🏊😊 Well functioning and quiet room (301). Set breakfast was fine. Reception went over and above trying to accommodate my need for later checkout.
