The views are really fab from the inn. The bed is big and comfortable and we slept well during our stay. The breakfast they provide is delicious and very generous. Most of all, the staff are so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here, especially for their hospitality.

The bathroom was a little small. Not related to this inn but do NOT allow random people to 'guide' you to Ella Rock. Just use your phone map and read some online guides. They will confuse you on purpose and will ask money afterwards.

Great service from the staff. They arranged our laundry, offered us coffee and tea and made our bed when we got back. This place was the highlight of Ella with a beautiful view from the porch. Lots of pillows and several towels per person. Far away from the tourist businesses in the center of Ella. There are tuk tuk drivers at the foot of the hill whom can bring you anywhere, but be sure to counteroffer. Tip! If you want to walk to Ella restaurants there are stairs on the road below to the right if you don't want to take the "main road". Check open street maps (not Google maps).

Beautiful views spanning Ella Rock, the valley below and the waterfall. Located on the hairpin bend before Ella Town, this meant there was little noise, however a very quick TUK TUK in. A cozy room with verandah made for comfort. Supper attentive staff; arranged laundry same day, took us to many local sites (Halpe tea, Dowa temple and more). Breakfast was a big spread of omelette toast coffee fruit juice and local food. Would absolutely stay here again - it was perfect. We were very close to little Adam’s peak and the flying ravana and pool park, which you could easily spend the day at.

Lovely small hotel tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, good A/C and nice big bathroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful and they served a great big breakfast. It was great to sit outside and just admire the view in peaceful surroundings.

A fantastic hidden gem in Ella! Warm hospitality with a great view. The location was perfect, short walk into Ella town and you are able to start hikes for Ella rock, little Adams peak from the Inn. Breakfast was a highlight!

Nothing not to like other than lots of flies (including at breakfast time) but staff give you incense sticks and food covers to try and keep them away which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel.

Wow what a beautiful little hotel! Stunning views and the rooms were just beautiful. Staff are very friendly and made the stay extra special. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic a real highlight.

Excellent place. 5 minutes walking from main street with shops and cafes. Located in a calm place. We slept so good there. The administrator Shan is a great guy. Helped us with a trip to nine arch bridge, little Adams peak and later with a taxi to Ambuluwawa tower.

I do not even know where to start :) I liked absolutely everything about the place! some special mentions: - Staff: super friendly, with perfect english and above everything else very competent! Everything was working like in the clockwork, including organizing trips and tuktuks for fair price :) Thank you Shan for making our stay as great as it could be and for making as feel like at home! - Atmosphere: it's a small hotel located at the outskirts of Ella, roughly 3 or 4 rooms, so we always had a great sense of privacy. Everyone was very open and friendly and I felt happy each time being back there. Monkey running around but not causing any issues, eagles flying above your head, very green, I just loved it :) - Views: stunning! If I would need to mention the greatest perk of this place apart from Shan, that would be it. It actually looks better than on pictures. Well worth to wake up for a sunrise and enjoy it with a cup of coffee, wathing it rise above the misty valleys... truly dreamlike experience - Food: fresh, tasty, local, and a lot of it :) I loved the breakfast here! - Rooms: We had 2, one with higher standard and one normal. The normal rooms were ok for the price (clean and comfortable), but the higher standard... like a palace :) stylish, with huge bathroom and amazing view :) All in all, I'm tempted to say that it is was best accommodation we've stayed during our trip to Sri Lanka! Thank you for having us again!

Leisure Dream Inn is one of the best places I have stayed. Shan and his staff were so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble The location is perfect and has a serene snd comforting ambiance. The morning walks around this property were beautiful and it is only a 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast was next level, so delicious and huge. ( Hoppers, omelette, roti, fresh fruit, toast, coconut pancakes and fresh juices )

Nothing really. Only downside was nowhere to hang clothes but then for 3 nights we lived out of our case. Pillows too big and firm. Difficult to get comfy with them.

Everything. Was so quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town but only 10 minute walk. We loved relaxing outside our room on our terrace. Only 3 rooms. Shan the host was beyond exceptional. He helped us find places. Got beers for us. Breakfast was beyond nice. Different every day. The property itself was in an ideal location. Clean. Comfortable. We jumped in a taxi from the station to the property then the hotel arranged for a car to take us to Mirissa. Ella itself is incredible. You can walk to Most places or you can get a Tuk Tuk. The property is the perfect place to stay and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

Our only area that we thought could be improved was the pillows were pretty tough.

The property was amazing and so close to everything yet just far enough out to be serene. The rooms were great and well set up with snacks and kettle etc … the breakfast was our absolute highlight and would highly recommend even just to experience the breakfast.The service was also incredible and very hospitable.

One of the room needs a facelift.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with plans for the day or looking after luggage. The breakfast was delicious and the views amazing. Very peaceful and relaxing.
